I googled for web designers in the Phoenix area, called a number of them, and the only one that returned my call was Kelli Sandberg of Phoenix Web Designer. All the rest, in short conversations wanted to re-design my entire personal web site. Kelli went immediately to the heart of the matter and introduced me to CognitoForms. Within an hour I was up and running with a free account on CognitoForms. Kelli has checked in with me a number of times and used Zoom to help answer a myriad of questions. I couldn't be happier with her upbeat, friendly attitude and willingness to solve--in the end--my rather simple issues.

The relationship started out good, they were on top of things, but over time he lost his main developer and so their service suffered, especially as they got busier with other bigger clients (assuming) So, I stopped using him for seo and ppc services after a few months and then tried to go back to him after he found some new people to help him, and he never bothered to return my phone calls. I would have given a 5 star however it seemed he was bitter that I left and came back, partially understandable, however still denotes a 3 star rating for me. Updated to 5 stars, May, 2015. To me the sign of a good owner is not that they are perfect but that when they make a mistake they own up to it, they try hard to make it up, and do their best to make things right with their customer. Chuck after reading my previous review quickly called and apologize profusely not only that but he offered me a generous amount of free work and did it perfectly happily, and honestly. And it turned out great. Thanks Chuck!

Before they cleaned up the messy website I started myself I only had a handful of traffic. Now with a clean layout and easy to navigate site my social media traffic has doubled within a month. He said after we sat down at my office in North Phoenix and looked at everything. He gave me a completion date of 2 weeks which I was very surprised. I expected it to take 1 month. I gave him $500 deposit which he must have cashed on his way home. I also gave him all of my notes that we went over to build the website. I did not hear from him but 1 time through the 2 week period. The day before the promised date he sent me a link. Was I surprised. Hardly anything was done. He admitted he didn't know how to do a shopping cart and my CRM is still not working. This is a module that is very easy to install but Justin pointed it to his website not mine so when my customers go to pay or look at their account they see Justin's website Green Forest Marketing. If you dont believe me go to this ugly, poor performing website that Justin created for me pageplusus.com. Look at the shopping cart. I had to figure out a way Justin could configure a website. I drew it out and it was something he was capable of doing. I am NOT HAPPY with it because I was told I was getting something else. I have been trying to get Justin of Green Forest Marketing to fix this crappy website he built but he refuses to. He refuses to because he lacks the knowledge to finish it. I am forced to take Justin Owner of Green Forest Marketing to Civil Court for damages exceeding $10,000.00. All it would take is for him to deliver on a promise to get my site done and working but HE REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. He has my money so he thinks he is done. Look at the lousy job he did on my site and if you hover your mouse over "my account" you can look at the bottom right hand corner of the monitor and it will show you the page on my website goes to Green Forest Marketing's website. WHY WOULD YOU SPEND MONEY ON THIS GUY WHEN HE DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE ON HOW TO BUILD WEBSITES!
