Finally, a software designer who understands outrageous customer service!…read more We have been in business for more than 25 years. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience. To stay on top, we have developed dozens of websites through the years, always utilizing highly-recommended themed solutions by top-rated companies. In every case, the software could not do exactly what we needed it to do and customer service has always been lacking. Today that is no longer the case. BX3 took the time needed to move our entire website over into a much more modern and seemless website. They made numerous recommendations, always agreeing to do whatever we needed. I quickly realized that I needed to go with virtually every one of their recommendations. Our website now looks and functions great. There are always issues with any new store but in this case, those typical developmental issues were dealt with in real time by people who always operated as our advocates. Now, after 25 years of continual frustration I can focus on content and improvement of our web presence and I know I have Brian with BX3 available should I run into any issues whatsoever. BX3 gets my highest recommendation for providing incredible service at an affordable price and operating more as a business partner than a contractor. I am so glad I found these guys!

I had two Web sites for my business, one for Home Inspections and the other one for Mold testing…read more The sites were built in early 2009, to what was known to be what Google was looking for, back then - lots of content and links out to other sites. They worked, but outdated and needed a update. I shopped around; hired one guy that built the Home Inspection site, took him six months but never finished the job. Hired a second person that said no problem, easy peasy lemon squeezy but he never got started on the Job an ended up saying the site was to complex for his skill level. I was referred to Phil McKeown, we talked over a Coffee, I explained my needs and concerns. I check out a Site or two he worked on and earlier this year Phil helped me build a new website for my business. I had a ton of content from my previous site - he helped pull out, reorganize and highlight the most important stuff. Feel free to check it out, within 6 months we were getting nice page ranking on Google - I'm Back on first page in several areas and it's only getting better. http://alatisinspectionservice.com/ Google Local / Plus - I had also hired a company to help with my online presents. It was a complete mess, more than what I could handle. I asked Phil about looking into my accounts on Google, he helped me combine 3 different Google Business accounts: 1 had the right address, 1 had my reviews and the last was connected to YouTube. It was a lot more complicated than I thought, but Phil made sure nothing was lost. That was really important since I'd lost reviews in the past with that last company I hired. Finally Phil's been helping with my approach to social media, specifically Facebook. He's advised on the best approach to take with both my business and personal accounts to help increase exposure and reach. More so I feel that when I call Phil, it is like I'm his most important customer (although I see the big corporate names he represents and my company is small frys in comparison). Feel free to contact me if you have concerns about hiring MCKEOWN MARKETING - Happy to talk!

In the past couple of years, I've heard a lot of Splinter. I've seen the awesome work they turn…read moreout, their incredible work ethic, and their passion for what they do each day. And now, I've experienced it. I recently had the opportunity to work with Brandon on a project that is smaller in size, but huge in impact. Our team met with his team in their offices for some brainstorming and content creation (we're both creative groups and wanted very much to have the influence of both groups on our project). Our varied schedules required us to meet at night, after everyone had put in a full day's work. I was exhausted, but the energy Brandon brought rejuvenated my brain and (some) of my creative juices. After a couple hours of focused work and intense brainstorming, we had a plethora of content to work with. While I wasn't involved in the steps that followed, I was very aware of the authoritative approach Splinter took, recognizing the pertinent details and excellence in our varied and extensive content. The result? An outstanding product that blew away even my greatest expectations. I sincerely wish I had more business to take to Splinter, simply because I can recognize greatness when I see it. I tend to be very technical, often lacking true creativity. So to be able to work seamlessly with the creatives at Splinter speaks volumes of them. The ability to interpret what a client is relaying and translate that into a final product that goes so far beyond satisfaction is not just a skill or a talent, it's a gift. And Splinter has it.

Brandon Cook, the owner of splinter, will give you a price to do something and when it doesn't work…read morewill charge again to fix it. He charged for a core feature on our website that him and his team developed. It didn't work for over a year. He then tried to bill us to fix it. The website had 404 errors way before he changed servers and then sent a bill to fix it, but he blamed it on the new server. He also illegally got into our customer database, on the server, and retrieved one of our admin log in credentials and then used those log in credentials to make himself another admin account after we terminated his services. To this day he refuses to give us our backups of the website or ftp log in credentials so we can migrate the site to another host after we spent upwards of 150k with him. I would steer clear of this company because they charge to fix issues that should have worked from the get go and break in to the backside of your website after their services were terminated.
