I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I compared the 2 gentlemen's advice and knowledge and Price, then determined that ABE would do the work for me. I actually have 2 signs that Abe built. My signs are of colored acrylic over lighted boxes. I wanted the largest and most readable font and point size and didn't want to waste money on empty space. The sign turned out perfectly! I asked him numerous times to please stop screaming at me and to lower his voice. I reached out to him over a month ago for a sign. We discussed my sign needs and a rough estimate. The price sound fair and reasonable. I asked Abe to please email me a draft of how the sign would look like, in case there had to be any edits or changes, he agreed. He never emailed me! Nor he never followed up. This should have been a red flag that he never worked on my sign. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I followed up with him today, and sure enough, my sign was never worked on! When I first spoke to him, he never mentioned a deposit and never explained that he required a deposit to create a rough draft, if he had I would have been happy to paid a deposit. He also added, "if I wanted the job done now", to go into his store, pay and it will be done today. My question to him was, "why didn't you tell me the first time I contacted you?" Abe tried to make me feel that I was the one to blame for his lack of communication and for not getting the rough draft completed. Because his lack of taking responsibility, poor work ethic and professionalism, I decided to not move forward with his sign services. I told him that I'd make sure to write a review so that others would know how he treated me. Abe then, said, he in return will give me a bad review about my business but Abe has never been my client and I never prepared his taxes. I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts…read more When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!

Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost.
