Contrary to other reviews, I have had good experiences at this location-this past 2024 year. In years prior, when the store was located just around the corner in the same strip mall, service was often hit or miss. These past few months especially the service has been stellar. Even with a wait to return my Amazon packages, they workers have been courteous. They had enough staff to move the lines quickly. I have had a mailbox at this store since the fall of 2006. Through the years every team member I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been exemplary. Frankly, I am surprised by the negative comments left in other reviews. This location charges $137 for 3 months while the other UPS locations charge $95 for the same size box. I'm paying an additional $168 a year for subpar service. To set the record straight the old location had multiple large trash cans to leave the empty boxes. I often receive oversized boxes and break them down and stuff them in the trash cans. On one of the occasions i started to take apart a large Chewy box and one of the employees told me I could leave it there!! So stop making up things and be truthful in your response. I left the box on counter not on the floor. Are you telling me someone tried to climb on the counter and almost tripped? Vicky also forget to mention the time she started playing the victim and bowed down to me after I told her about another wrong package that was delivered to my box. Her behavior is concerning and I do not appreciate being gas lit. I'm curious to know if the store has video recordings as this will confirm all my statements. I'm taking my business elsewhere. There are so many other choices and I refuse to spend another dime at a place that is dishonest and does not understand customer service. read more

When I first walked around 12:15 on a Friday there were 3 sets of customers in front of me. There was one attendant at the counter at that moment. There was a mom with 2 children, both under 7. They were spinning the cards, pulling at items, and mom was trying hard to keep control. I don't know if Jonelle cut her lunch break short to come out sooner, when she heard the mom and kids. But I wasn't there 2 minutes when she appeared. When she got to the mom she smiled (under her mask. You can tell). And was playful and kind with the children. It's so easy to show how bothered we are by disruptive behavior. It's an exceptional employee that shows kindness and grace. And within 5 minutes, everyone was served and out the door. She took all of 30 seconds with me. read more

Extremely friendly staff that is super quick when it comes to taking care of my returns. I was able to get in and out of there within 5 minutes even though I had 3 big boxes to return. The place is neat and would have anything needed with respect to delivery and packages. Would definitely recommend coming to this location if you want to ship or do returns. read more

I had two package pickups here- and have to applaud how EASY it was! Surprisingly, there was no one else present (as far as customers) for evening rush hour in the middle of the week. There were two young men on duty, and I was promptly helped. Both times. It was as speedy as showing my ID & signing the screen... they already knew which box(s) were mine & had them in front of me before I even finished signing the screen. The only issue: they didn't help much besides identifying & handing me the boxes. I had QUITE the struggle getting large boxes (both visits) out the door on my own- very hard to get the door to the store open enough for me to maneuver out. Neither bothered to offer to open or hold the door, yet there were no other customers as they just stood there. I applaud the ease of pickup and how smoothly the process was. And I KNOW they aren't there to be personal haulers- but offering to hold the door open when you see someone struggling (and having to make multiple trips in/out) with boxes twice their size would have been a nice gesture. Young doesn't mean you don't have to be naive on manners. read more

I cannot praise these guys high enough. When my brother and I were finishing emptying my mothers house because it had sold (sniff) I wanted to make sure her grandchildren, our kids, got plenty of keepsakes. Some of it I had packed to ship but they didn't think it would make it so they completely repacked entire China sets (4 of them) to ship to Austin and Dallas, Texas and Chicago, along with many other breakable items to be distributed among the 4 out of town grands, plus stuff to my brother's and nephew's in Amarillo. We were in there every day for several days in a row taking stuff to them to ship. It did cost us an arm and a leg but how do you put a price on keepsakes and family heirlooms? The important thing is every item in every box arrived safely at its destination! This all happened last September '07, but since I was in Chandler for my cousin's funeral this week, I made sure to stop by this place before I left town to let them know how much I appreciated the care with which they packed and handled everything. The owners, Michelle and James, remembered me and were just as nice as I remembered them to be. If you ever need to be sure something of value reaches its destination safely, this is the place to go! read more

I went to USPS three days prior and sent a letter registered from Phoenix to go to El Paso Texas. The Postal Service lost the letter registered with a certified return receipt it never came back to me. I had the information that I was sending canceled because USPS lost that letter on seventh Street. 16th St. and Glendale the UPS store took my order on a Monday morning it got delivered Tuesday morning they are absolutely amazing. read more

Owner and staff are completely unhelpful. Literally walked out to go to a different location cause they wanted to charge me 40$ for a box and would not ship a cooler. I literally felt like they didn't want my business and they have no ability to provide customer service and be solution focused. Walked into the store April 19th around 9:am behind two very nice white ladies. As soon as I reached the counter the cashier went to change the toner cartridge in the printer. I waited an entire 60 seconds to see if he would just say, "Hey! I'll be with you in a minute". But I was just ignored even though he looked right at me. Obviously I'm black. It seems to be ok lately to be rude to black customers here. So I went to FedEx which is right across the walk and I was given great service. read more

They had a Yelp check-in offer for $5 off any purchase and even with that it was more expensive to send package versus some of the other uniformed delivery services. They do however offer a full-service shipping experience so I imagine the cost is built into that for all customers. They have some stationary as well. read more

Three stars for the people who work here, but my shipping experience was sorely lacking... My client specifically requested that I send time sensitive documents for overnight delivery and overnight return via UPS. Sometimes you just have a feeling things won't work and this was the case. Documents on the first leg arrived Monday instead of Saturday as purchased which left me scrambling to recover (they were to be delivered back to me Monday)! Not only that, but the send and return cost (all the way to Cali) was $173.00 rounding to the nearest buck. After the shipping "failure" it took two visits to the store to receive a credit of the fees paid. In retrospect I missed an opportunity. I should have gone to Cali, got my documents signed in person and said "hello" to the beach. Lesson learned! And I won't forget anytime soon that USPS is around the corner. read more

This is a great UPS location, fastest service I've ever had at one too! Chris helped me out a bunch. I'm not sure why the 1 star commenter here hated Chris so much but obviously that commenter has no idea what she's talking about and probably was that time of the month. Chris was able to help me return 2 items and ship them out while some old lady was telling a story about Elks she saw. It was amazing! Most workers would just wait and my time would be wasted. I can see this will be a constant battle for businesses opening up now. Anyone who comes in contact with many people in a day inside MUST wear a mask to protect their customers. We have to think of it like wearing a hardhat on a construction site. Not optional, but necessary. Noone in this store was wearing a mask and they have to work within 6 ft of customers. read more

Do not use this location. Chris is a complete moron. She is at the front of the store as I walk in. No greeting, not a big deal maybe she's having a bad day. I began to look for an envelope and notice that she greets and begins to assist a customer that came in behind. I'm standing in line waiting for the next available agent, he calls me to the counter and before I could make it there she says o no wait I have been helping her and she needs to ship this package. I step back in pure confusion and she says nothing. Finally my turn at the counter. I explain to a different young lady that I forgot the label on the printer. She says there is not a way to use the tracking number to reprint the label. At that very moment I thank them and walk out. How did I miss the response from Mr. Jimmy. I find it very disturbing that you decided to attack me on my review of the service that I received from Chris. The lady that she was assisting was definitely not elderly. She was definitely not going in and out of the store because I was on the phone with Amazon for approximately 25 minutes sitting outside of the store. Being in customer service I think it would make sense to acknowledge that a customer that came in the store after me was being assisted before me because of the reasons that you explained. However in this situation that cannot happen because that's not what occurred. Now Mr. Jimmy I did refer to Chris as a moron and based off of her response that you decided to defend it shows that the two of you are morons. You don't have to worry about me contacting your store I will never use this particular UPS store again. It's a UPS store. I had to ship something. I walk in, they weigh it, tell me the charge for various services, and I pick the cheapest (and slowest, of course). No muss, no fuss. In, out, done. No complaints. They also have shipping supplies, but I didn't need any so can't really comment. read more

My bad! Beware of the notary services here. I have done business here several times. I realized I was paying more but it was convenient. I will not go there after today - a notary trip that I thought was going to be $10 or $20 at the most just cost $40. It is $10 every time he write his name and uses the stamp. I didn't pay attention and he not only notarized the two papers but the copies also. I had to pay for all four pages. I will pay more attention next time. read more
