I don't work there. I don't return packages. So when I went to return a machine was pointed to and then I was blown off. I said I don't k is what I'm doing. I took the package ten to the counter and STRAIGHT UP "I can't do that for you" is what was said to me. I asked when I came in if they'd return a package and they said yes and then did NOTHING TO HELP AND YES, I ASKED FOR HELP. This post is 12 hours after the fact. I've never been treated like a peasant because I don't have some swab package returning skills. I'm sad that that's out of my skill set, but I don't need some 17 year-old child. The smallest UPS Store I've been to, tight fit inside store even their lock boxes area can use more space. There's only 2 employees working very hard to catch up with the lines up to the doorway. The purpose being I was there yesterday, was to drop off a return items for Amazon. The return process was easily managed by dropping off the items and giving them your QR code to scan and they will pack and ship your items back to Amazon. read more

This UPS store makes you print out UPS labels through their printing system for $2 instead of just providing the label, free of charge, through UPSs label printing. They basically force you to use an inferior label. They also make you use their packaging instead of your own. They said that UPS "would get mad at them" but the reality is that once it's shipped UPS wouldn't take notice or even care. The shipping industry doesn't pride itself on package handling as we are all aware of. The dude would just come and pick up packages. Without a thought or care as to which packages are which. They are basically crooks. Don't use this UPS Store or go to another 3rd party mom and pop shop. Staff is nothing but liars and the whole store is just a method to gouge out your money. read more

Definitely wanted to make sure to give Aidan a well deserved shout out - I came in today with several different things on the agenda (print order, fingerprint appt, notary appt) and due to circumstances outside his or the rest of the stores control, had some difficulties. I think I myself may have even confused the situation a little bit as well. At the end of the day, I thought Aidan displayed tremendous patience and composure - which was much appreciated! I went to some other UPS Store locations today to get my fingerprint appt done and they weren't even remotely as helpful as this store was. I was hoping the large framed poster of my late brother playing the tuba could be shipped to my home in Virginia from Phoenix. 32" x 48" seemed an unusual large size. I was worried about the frame being damaged. The young girl at this UPS store on the edge of the ASU campus in Chandler/Phoenix Arizona reassured me that she was trained in the art of packaging for shipping. She told me I would have to wait while she "mummified" this fragile framed poster. I was patient. She called someone to bring more hefty padding. It arrived and all was used. She had me inspect the entire package. Yep. Great job! For 45 minutes of packing this rare photo poster was preserved for posterity. I was so grateful, she respected the legacy of my late brother, professor and tuba maestro Sam Pilafian, known for impromptu jazz, classical arranger, composer, and tuba player for the Empire Brass Quintet, Boston Brass, Traveling Light, etc., inspiring his own students to exceed his own talents and become the best of the best. This entire visual narrative now wrapped up in 4 or 5 layers of thick cardboard and styrofoam; she built an odd shaped box to protect her 'mummy'- and had created a unique piece of art herself! When this package arrives at my home in Virginia, I will be torn between keeping the package in tact to remember the efforts , the conversation, and the special moments to preserve my brother's legacy, or actually opening up this beautiful creation to the big reveal- Sam's warm smile and his quote:  "My teaching philosophy has always been predicated on catching students doing something right- bringing them to that 'Aha!' moment." Trying to get a paper notarized. Out of the 2 people working there one was a notary. The place wasn't empty accept for the notary talking to some idiot customer about some pictures the customer had on his phone. I Waiting 15 minutes while the costumer/buddy looked at pictures, bsing about life. He's buddy saw that I was clearly waiting and he kept talking and looking at me, like a the rude dope that he is. I'm not that mad at the notary bc he had no idea I was waiting but his co worker new it and did nothing. read more

Everythings always wonderful, been coming here for quite some time, just a few pointers for management. One of you're male employees, the long haired, skinny, baggy clothed worker, could really use a shower, he seems to smell like B.O. However I've noticed, the lines are a bit slow when the gals in front are dealing with nasty, rude, crass customers. They take a verbal beatings, you should have policies so that we can avoid these rude customers and have faster lines. I live closer now to another UPS store, however I go the extra 6 miles for the fact that I know it will be done right. Great location if you're needing to send and/or receive packages. The staff is friendly and work diligently to attend to each customer. This is my go-to place when I need to pack and ship, return or quickly swing in to send back an item purchased on the internet. They enforce COVID safety measures along with going above and beyond when it comes to providing packing tape/etc. at the last minute. read more

I do NOT recommend doing business with this store. The manager is definitely not in the business of helping customers and he does not stand behind the service the store claims to provide. I paid $137 for 2 day worldwide, expedited service and it took 9 days and huge effort on my part for my son to receive my package. The day the package was to be delivered, apparently the driver had too many deliveries so my delivery got pushed to the next day. For the next two days, the driver claims to have made 2 delivery attempts but this could not have been true as my son was home and no attempt was made and in addition no delivery slip was left. On the third day, my son was not home, not sure if an attempt to deliver was actually made because, once again, no slip was left. In addition, each day, I spent at least 30 minutes calling UPS to try to get the package delivered. When I called UPS I was told that it was up to the store that I sent the package from to provide a refund for me because they agreed that this was not acceptable service. However, the manager of this store informed me that no service they provide is guaranteed and customers are paying over a hundred dollars with hope of it arriving in 2 days...there are no guarantees. He told me for that price that it could take 2 days or 2 months. He also told me that they are just a small business and cannot afford to give refunds even if the company they represent provides poor service. Based on this, I am not sure why anyone would care to spend money sending packages through this business. If you want crappy, slow service you can get that for a lot less with USPS. read more

I went to this location with a flash drive to print and laminate a pdf file. They did not accept flash drives so i offered a google doc or public website to download the doc I needed. They did not accept that method either. They wanted me to send them the file to print as an attachment to their stores email and charge me $2.50 for doing so. If I had the file on my phone, I would have done so but I could just get a zip file from the site and they wouldn't open it to select the specific pdf I needed to print. The staff was useless and unhelpful so I walked out and went across the street to FedEx. FedEx had it done using my flash drive within 5mins. The price was also significantly cheaper than UPS. Save yourself time, aggravation and money and go to FedEx. read more

Couldn't be more pleased with the staff here, we have used them for printing, mailing packages, and Notary Services on several occasions. Everyone is friendly, and even during the holidays the wait wasn't Post Office crazy. The only time we had any issue was in the car park, one of the Tuk's bitchiest Botoxed Desperate Housewives parked so close to us - in the Handicapped spot - that Scott couldn't open his door to get out. She made a big production about how difficult it was for her to back up and park like a normal person. WTFever. When I go alone, I park as far away as I can, to not deal with this type of thing, but since Scott can't walk far, it bears noting for others with mobility issues. Do go here for printing, mailing, PO boxes, and Notary Services; the staff is friendly and efficient. Some of the clientele, notsomuch! *** update, we puffy heart you just the way you are, so much so that we are keeping our PO box because we love the 24 hour access, and your bombdiggity customer service. This store is great, has been for over 15 years, been using their services extensively, many many files I sent to them via email, they printed, punched holes, and I picked it up later. I love going to this store mostly because the manager Mike is the kindness himself and the other staff is great as well. And on top of that, it's around the corner from me, so a no-brainer. Had to go in to this store to have some paperwork faxed. It took way longer than it should have and the employee did not seem to know how to work the machine. They charged me $12! to fax 8 pages and mail two letters that would have been free to mail at the post office! What is worse is that when my Drs office received the fax they could not read it because it was crooked and blurry! I have emailed them about this and got no response. Anna and Mimi are complete idiots and should be fired. After coming all the way out to this store because it's the only store open, I'm told the system is down and nothing can be shipped. There was no sign on the door, no posting about an hours change on yelp or google (all very easy things to do) and I wasn't told this until after 5 minutes into my visit while attempting to ship something. All of these things are obvious to someone with brain cells, but clearly the owner would prefer to lose money rather than operate a legitimate business with worthwhile employees. read more

I was in deep need for a print or several prints. My home printer could not handle the weight of the paper I purchased. I had just about given up when I had to go to the UPS Store to send back something for Amazon. They saved me!!! I printed what I needed on MY own paper and the guy did not say anything. The printer worked great and best of all, they had a cutter there for me to use!!! The employee, I cannot remember his name, was most helpful even with a store full of people waiting and HE was the only employee available, took the time to make sure the paper would work in the printer and that I was fine when he went to help the other customers.
