We were told the Fed Ex store on Ray rd. opened at 8 am the next day. The store was locked and dark til past 8:15 - when the girl showed up, we asked what time do you open? She said 8am. When we pointed out the 15 min discrepancy, she said oh, I'm new, I don't know what time we open. I'm sorry ...WHAT !?!? Our document never made it back to the store. We don't where it is. So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. USPS offers their flat rate shipping boxes but sometimes, depending on where you're sending a package, it's cheaper to send your package in your own box. I needed to send a small box to Idaho, and it only cost $13. I also picked up some super cool SpongeBob stamps. A really good experience!
