I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I don't know what people expect of them - everyone's personality is different and some people are not overtly social but if they're polite that's what matters. Someone was critical of Chandler's personality - how mean. Chandler is a very nice, polite person and on the quiet side. I find this store to have excellent customer service - one day I had bags of old documents to be shredded and one bag tore while I was outside. My papers were all over the parking lot and one of the young men dropped what he was doing and went outside to help me collect the papers. I didn't ask him to help - he didn't have to do this - it meant so much to me that he came to my aid immediately. Someone posted a review that they were upset with having to buy a shipping box - this is not the fault of the store. If you read your return instructions it will say if you need packaging, or not - don't blame the UPS store because you didn't read the instructions - and if you made a mistake they will sell you packing materials. This is a great neighborhood store and I drive almost 5 miles to get here when I have a UPS store that's less than a mile from my home. I appreciate the entire staff of this store.
