Beware!!!!! I went today forgetting there was a mean red headed young girl with piercing in her nose working there. An older man helped me and she was in another room came out and said I was trespassing and I had to leave. Everyone ignored her. And she called 911 on me. But kept repeating herself that she has me on camera. I said call the police I didn't do anything. So they mailed my package and I left. I called the non emergency phone number and gave them my story. I had nothing on my record that I trespassed. This is how I get treated when I spend my money here. This red head is nasty. Had to mail off a package as my suitcase was full and didn't want to have to carry it with me through the airport. Found this location on Google as it was the closest to my friend's apartment. As I arrived there was very little parking in this parking lot which was kind of annoying since I did have a heavy Box. However a spot came open near the ice shop at the last minute. I was able to park right out front and get my package inside the store. As for this particular UPS store. I was frustrated that there was only one person working and the line got pretty long because there was only 1 person working. Now the root of the line being so long was not really due to a UPS issue, it was due to a Amazon return. When I say Amazon return I mean to say a woman with 20 different Amazon returns, nothing in packages and not having her return image ready for each item. So it kind of boils down that the UPS worker should have kind of corrected this person and said get your stuff in order and then I will assist you assist you however instead he made a bunch of clients that were waiting to spend money shipping through UPS. I probably waited 15 minutes to mail off one package that was ready to go. I almost left I almost left but I really enjoy the ease of the UPS tracking app over the United States Post Office tracking program. Finally the worker did my Box and the woman still had 10 more packages to go I just feel bad that he didn't rain this lady in sooner. I'll. I like the convenience of being able to drop off Amazon stuff at UPS but at a certain point you have to make UPS customers the priority when you have people that are not prepared to return their items. read more

I arrived at this UPS store at 5:51 PM when it closed at 6. I knew I was within the last 10 minutes but also saw a client inside and another in her car getting ready to go inside. As I was walking up, the employee was locking the front door, and the other Customer and I approached confused. The second door for the mailboxes was still open so we went inside and were told that we would not be helped because we did not come in in a "timely manner". I asked the associate for their name, which they refused to provide me, but it should be easy to figure out because she was the only employee working. She complained that she was the only one there, the guy before us had 10 packages and was extremely rude. This individual should not have a job in retail, and I am certain this will not be the only feedback you will get about this encounter as the other customers, and I all watched an amazement. Enok was the name provided for the manager that would be in the next day, and I do plan on calling, but wanted to ensure I got this permanently up on the Internet for all to see. They lost the package I was sending. Meaning, I paid for the service, they printed the label, I took a photo of the envelope with the label, and then somehow they never actually gave the envelope to UPS? When I called to ask what happened, I was told that I'm on my own, I can file a claim with UPS, this store is just a franchise. I have receipts, photos, name of the cashier who helped me. Nobody cares. And of course there is no way to speak to a human at UPS. All I can do is file a claim online and scramble to figure out what to do about the material that I trusted this store to send. Employees and the owner are not very knowledgeable about their basic business. I've used UPS stores for all my mailing and shipping needs across the country and this place is the worst. They mailed my package to me from me so I paid them to send me a package from myself. Also they don't give you your arrived shipped items when you ask for them I've had to go back on several occasions to pick up packages that were already there but they're too lazy or just don't care to grab packages when you're actually standing in the store. read more

I have always come here for simple printing. In the past, I have emailed the materials and the associate has printed them for me. Today, I needed to return items purchased from Amazon. I asked the associate if I could email him the document for him to print, I was asked to use their computer. I asked if there was a way he could just print it for me, the request was denied. This location is awful. No one is ever kind. Stuff takes so long to register in the system once you drop off (sometimes days) it's my closest and usually go to a further one. Worth the drive. I walked in with my DirecTV equipment to return since I cancelled the service. Per DTV's instruction simply take your stuff here and they would pack it up for you and ship it back. As I approached the service counter the service rep asked, "Is that a DirecTV return? We don't do those here. We have a problem with their system." Really?!?! I had to drive 3 miles up the road to the UPS Store on SW corner of Elliot & McClintock. They had no problems accepting the return and scanning in the equipment. I'll go back to that location if I need any future UPS Store assistance. read more

I shipped a large, heavy item for restoration. Person doing restoration suggested using the UPS packing service. He always found this service does a good job on these bulky shipments. Restorer says the packaging job preformed at this location was unacceptable. Packer Should not have simply used peanuts for such a heavy shipment as it did not secure the item well inside the carton. Carton arrived torn with peanuts falling out. Luckily, I packed the case well enough that there was no damage. read more

Have been using this store for small print jobs (1 or 2 pages) for about 4 years and have always gotten and paid for a fair charge. The other day I went to print 1 page and they tried to charge me over $2.00! + per page? I keep my documents in OneDrive, and I told the person that that was outrageous and he pointed to a sign above the computer that said there was a $2.00 computer use fee! He agreed to only charge me $.25 and I left. I'm not sure if management has changed, but I for one will not go back. I can print the occasional pages that I need across the street at the Chandler Sunset Library for $.20/page, and at another UPS store for $.12/page. I was informed by the gentleman working the counter that UPS had an agreement with the company that made the laptop and that it would be shipped 2nd Day Air at no charge to me. If you do manage to stick it out, or are lucky enough to be the only one in line (I've had to wait even when no on else is in front of me!) your still likely to have other problems. Everyone is always pleasant, friendly and have answers to all my questions. They always provide me with a tracking receipt and thank me for my business. An absolute rip off! I have sent things to this store to be printed in color multiple times. It's always $0.49 per page. I've sent it via their online service on their website as well as emailed it directly to the store when the online service is down. Every time it's been $0.49 per color page printed. I attempted to upload a page via their website and it told me that it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow at noon. I needed it tonight so I called the store directly and the gentleman that worked there told me to email it directly to him which I've done with other things in the past. So, I emailed it and he said he would print it right away. I go to pick it up and I'm told that it will be $2.50. $2.50 for one color copy?!?! I question him on this and tell him that every other time I've printed here it was $0.49 and that in fact when I went to try to send it to them earlier in the day, I got all the way to check out and it was $0.49 and the only reason I didn't send it was because the pick up time was too late. He says it's because I'm being charged a computer fee. I never touched their computer. I emailed it, he went in the back and printed it just as he would have had to do if I had submitted it via the website. I explain this to him and he says that is what his boss charges for color prints. $2.50 per page!!! Who would ever pay that? He finally says he'll just charge me $1.07 but even that is ridiculous for one color page. I called UPS customer service to complain and they say that every UPS is independently owned and the owner can charge whatever they want. They submitted a complaint on my behalf but say that owners are not required to respond. This is beyond ridiculous. I'll never go to this location again. I'll just go to Fedex. There's none of this ridiculous price gouging. $2.50 for one color printed page, seriously??? read more

Very slow service. Older women in front of me were using the pack and ship service which was slow and not very efficient. Items were put in a large box and then they were charged for a second box box that was mainly just clothes. It would have easily fit into the first box and would have actually worked as packing material and I expect that it would have saved them $25 or more. read more

I receive my mail here for 1 1/2 years. staff friendly, location great. my concern is I never receive mailiings such as; grocery store ads, local restaurant discount coupons, local business coupons, etc. I was told those are considered 'junk mail' & the store throws these in the garbage.
