Typically, I do this on my office copier. However, it is not working right now. So I contacted another local printer, but they were not able to complete my job on the same day. So I called Biltmore Pro Print and spoke to John. I needed about 75 color copies on my provided heavyweight card stock. I asked if this would be possible to print while I waited. He confirmed that it could be done within minutes and so I headed over with my flash drive and paper. When I arrived, I was greeted by John, who was so friendly and welcoming. He took a look at my project and even though their main copier had just went down, luckily their backup copier was working. He quickly pulled up by my documents and asked a few clarifying questions about how they were to be printed. He sent a test to the copier to make sure it looked correct. The first copy looked great so he sent the remaining documents to the copier. Unfortunately, the way they were sent to the copier combined the documents, as if they were one form instead of each individual PDF being printed. I remember this happened one other time at another printer, and I forgot to mention it today. We caught the error, but not until after there were multiple duplicate certificates printed. We were able to quickly identify which ones had not printed and he re-printed them at no additional charge. This is something I did not expect and him so grateful for this level of customer service. The cost for all of my copies was less than half of what the other printer wanted to charge. John was very helpful and I am grateful for his kindness. I cannot express how content I am with the level of customer service and this experience has solidified my commitment to using this company for all of my future printing needs. Thank you so much! They're nice, talented people for the most part, especially Robert, but holy hell I don't understand how they stay in business. We used them despite them. Then, we tried to switch over to Impact, who on two occasions ignored my requests for a quote. That was awesome. So I begin to scour the Interwebs, high and lo, begging, praying, beseeching the Gods above for a printing company to just be effing awesome. Lo and behold, such a company exists. The Heavens parted, angels sang to Odysseus' Sirens, and I found O'neil. O'neil is the real deal and if you don't get your stuff printed here you're evil. It doesn't matter if you've never heard of them. Even if you don't need stuff printed, you should make something up and send it here. They're hyper local and by that I mean they're not only local but locally EMPLOYEE owned. Yeah boooooiiiii! They've been in business for about 103 years or some crazy number to which I can hardly count. He has been rude and slanderous to the board members, to me and my family personally, our former management company, and to the residents of the community on the community's message board as well as in person. He comes to HOA meetings and is disruptive, condescending, and clearly is bitter about losing the contract. He was fine with every aspect of the former management company, our newsletter committee, and our community until his company was no longer employed by the HOA. If you want quality printing, definitely go to Printcenter. If gestapo-like tactics when you STOP using Printcenter are not your thing....well at least you were warned.
