However, the driver never knocked ( we have a dog) nor did he ring the doorbell. He just slapped a note on the door saying attempted delivery. WE WERE HOME. We were told the Fed Ex store on Ray rd. opened at 8 am the next day. The store was locked and dark til past 8:15 - when the girl showed up, we asked what time do you open? She said 8am. When we pointed out the 15 min discrepancy, she said oh, I'm new, I don't know what time we open. I'm sorry ...WHAT !?!? Our document never made it back to the store. We don't where it is. So much for 2 day shipping. I want my *#$% money back. You SUCK.

I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I was acknowledged by one, who said "I'll be right with you." I must have waited at least 10 minutes. I get that you're helping others, but really, how long does it take to ask my name and look for my order and hand it over? Certainly wouldn't take you longer than a minute or two. Smh. The second time was better. An employee asked if I was there to pick up an order. I said yes, she took my payment and I left. It was busier than last time, too. The print quality was great and the price was, too. The service is alright, but could definitely use some speed. The second time was a way better experience. Step it up, guys!!

I am probably what most print shops and graphic designers consider "difficult", because I have very…read moreminimal artistic talent, virtually no graphics design experience, and very vague design ideas, yet my expectations for the finished product are very high and exacting. I have used the Alphagraphics on Elliot Rd in Tempe, AZ for several years and for a wide variety of projects and I would say that they have evolved from a 3+ STAR store a few years ago to a 5-STAR location over the past year or two. I previously worked for a government agency and used this Alphagraphics and now own a consulting business and continue to use their services. Eric Adams (eadams@alphagraphics.com) is the General Manager and he is the person I've worked most closely with. He is very patient, very meticulous and very thorough as are all of the staff @ this AG location. I have changed my mind on specifications while projects were in design or even in production and Eric has been very understanding and easy to work with and never hesitated to correct my errors or make changes. On a new project, we sit down and go over what I want. He then asks what I hope to achieve with my print materials and who my target audience is and then he offers ideas and variations that invariably lead to creation of a product that is exponentially better than what I had envisioned and always ahead of schedule. My business is 20 miles away and I could choose another company or even another Alphagraphics location, but I don't mind traveling from NW Phoenix to SE Tempe when I need to in order to get the best service and the best product; which I get at the Elliot Road Alphagraphics in Tempe, AZ.
