This UPS store is conveniently located in the Safeway shopping center at Power and Queen Creek Road. Parking can get crowded, but the service is great and the clerks are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I only had an Amazon return, but UPS also does shipping, printing, copying and even offers P.O. boxes. read more

I just left this store beyond angry! I had to fax something and they charged me $51.86. I didn't know what the total price was going to be until after it was faxed. If this store really thinks that gouging is ok, I will NEVER EVER go back here for ANYTHING! It does not cost that much to have something faxed! I'm so ticked off. I have EVERY intention of letting anyone and everyone know NOT to ever go to this business. NOT OK!!! If you have a package to mail or notary taken care of... by all means go to this UPS location. The staff are more than accommodating and efficient to your needs. We've been a customer for years and really LOVE this location. A lot of UPS stores are good, but this location goes out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with their quick and efficient service. If there's a line, it goes down quickly. There's usually 3 staff attending to your needs at a time, so things get done quickly. read more

Not usually keen on writing reviews unless it was a great experience. That is not the case in this review. For the 2nd time returning to Amazon package drop off, I was told that next time I should tape the package first. The first time this incident happened with an attitude, it was an Indian guy, this 2nd time it was a white guy. What does it take to tape a package in a non-busy UPS store? Nothing, Yes maybe I forgot to tape the packages but you are a UPS store for crying out loud. That should be part of your job. The 2nd guy even dared to tell me Amazon does not pay them to package. Where is your customer service, it's going above and beyond for your customers that counts. I've never had this experience until there was a management change. If you don't like your job, simply quit. As a physician, I go above and beyond to care for my patients trimming overgrown nails, and assist with anything they need just to make their lives easier. I have only used this place a couple of times, and it was to get some paperwork notarized. Got me in, and out very quickly for a very reasonable rate. This facility looks like any other UPS store which I would not normally use to ship out anything, I have always felt they over charge for shipping. Usually amazon lets you drop of at Kohls. This time I had to go to the Ups Store to drop off. I didn't print the label at home as usually you drop off at Kohls and was doing return at the store And found out I couldn't. UPS store wanted to charge 3 dollars to print the label for me. To Whom It May Concern Here is my concern and disappointment about my package that was sent out. I was in a UPS store in Queen Creek AZ 85142. I was sending out a package to my daughter to SF, California. I walked in April 22 about 1:30pm and asked for my package to be sent out, as per the usual the give me their options. One option was to be delivered by Friday $80 and the other was to be delivered by Monday $30. It seemed very high but It needed to be there by Friday no later. I did let the employee know that. So they rang me up and charged me the amount. I let my daughter know that it will be there by Friday. The next day I checked on the package and it was still in Goodyear Arizona. I called the number that is on the receipt and it sent me to a customer service line. They said that the package was not shipped out on Wednesday as it should have been and that's why there is a delay in the package. I let the customer service rep know that I was given the option of Friday or Monday. And I shouldn't be charged for $80 if they didn't ship it out on time. They said to call the store and let them know and they can take care of that for me. I called the store again and this time someone from the store answered. I explained to the employee the situation and they put me on hold. Another employee came back on the phone and immediately said that due to COVID they were not flying anything and that's not their fault. There was no apology, no empathy. I didn't ask for a refund, I actually wanted to see if they could possibly give me credit due to the situation. But the employee kept saying is that it wasn't their fault. Even though the customer service rep that I spoke to earlier said that they didn't ship the item out on time. When I let the employee know that, they immediately asked if I was talking to someone out of the country. I do not understand what that meant nor do I know if UPS employee customer work out of the country. Did it matter? Would that make a difference? So I followed the package, the time line is outrageous, if it was only able to be sent out ground why was it in KY, UT, SF, back to Oakland and then back to SF? The package is no good anymore. My husband and I have been loyal to that store and UPS but this has left me dissatisfied with the poor communication and lack of empathy especially during these times. I asked to make this right, my request was really to get $50 credit from the difference of the days offered. At this point, I am requesting for a refund.
