I regret using. Office staff doesn't communicate well to the distributors. Distributors skip entire streets. My own home was on the provided map-- yet my surrounding neighbors and myself are missing flyers. Their idea of a resolution was for me to pay for more flyers for them to come back to finish the job. These guys are almost always so disrespectful. Walking across lawns/shrubs/landscape/freshly seeded lawns/etc. instead of taking the human route (sidewalk), dropping stuff "near" the door, etc. Tired of them dumping trash everywhere BUT in/at the door. Look I get it, I don't have a "no flyers" sign so I get the stuff in the door, okay fine. But even if I DID have that sign, half of their walkers would never see it because they don't go to the door and just dump it somewhere on the property. This one (Jan 22 2026) dumped it right on the ground/sidewalk leading TO the door, about 20 feet away from the door! I saw it and ran out and told him this is unacceptable and asked him to pick it up - nope, he refused. He then threatened to call the police if I followed him?!?!?! Ummm... how about we contact them about you littering?? Then he turns around and among other choice words, calls me a "fu**ing f*gg*t" - WHOA!!! This guy is unhinged. Please consider some other business to deliver your flyers - this one obviously cannot be concerned with 1) making sure your hard earned advertising dollars go the distance or 2) providing a positive image to YOUR business (usually going to reflect poorly on the business on the flyer, not these guys). This guy was a real piece of work, what a wonderful representation for any business. And to be very clear, I called the business on the flyer to ask who they had deliver for them and was told The Flyer Guys, so this is not a random slam to the first flyer company I could google up. I suggest you reconsider your ad dollars being thrown out as trash with these guys. read more

Don't waste your money! After paying in full for 2500 flyers to be printed and distributed, they refuse to provide documentation or proof that they printed the flyers and distributed the flyers. Not one person who attended my event had received a flyer. I still have no proof that they did what I paid them to do. read more

Well these guys have no idea how to read no soliciting and no flyer signs (I have both!). I reached out to Stefanie McKinney at the Flyer guys because for the 3rd time this companies employees left our neighborhood scattered with trash. Flyers could be found pretty much all over the ground throughout the community. Stefanie could care less and proceeded to tell me, "Legally, We do not fall under no soliciting because we are not knocking or making contact." I sent her multiple pictures of the trash and she didn't even address it. Well, needless to say, guess who came back again today and littered the area and left fliers on every door, whether a sign was posted or not. Yep; this explains the terrible ratings of this company. I have now reported these people to the city of Queen Creek and QCPD for littering but wow, what a terrible business for our community. I hope businesses realize that this company makes THEM look bad. I have also started to email the businesses to let them know of how their brand and business is being represented by such a terrible and irresponsible "company." read more

Today they damaged my screen while putting flyers between in my security door. They walked by the no soliciting and no trespassing signs. I called and the woman stated that they are not soliciting and not responsible for damage without proof like a recent photo of the undamaged screen ! read more

If you use their service they are great. they get my flyers out within a week and always call to confirm delivery.

Please use flyer companies that respect your potential future customers!! I have a No Soliciting sign on my door. Which according to the Town of Gilbert, is sufficient to notify these people to NOT leave flyers. I advised The Flyer Guys (for the 2nd time), who were sitting in their car out front of my house, that I don't appreciate them ignorning my sign. They told me that its only Soliciting if they talk to us. No apologies... The guy just advised me that with his many years in the legal industry, that flyers are not a form of Soliciting. I have contacted the companies on the flyers they left to advise that even if I was going to use their service, I absolutely will NOT be using them, specificlly because of The Flyer Guys. Absolutely terrible company. An employee walked across my lawn and across my home office window. He startled me and he left flyers on my door that reads "No Soliciting". I confronted him and he disrespected me and kept walking. I wanted further information so I went to find his company vehicle. I asked his fellow employee about a permit and he refused to produce one. The man that left his trash on my door walked up and challenged me physically at this time, but he was not counting on me being someone that is not afraid of bullies. I called the office and spoke with the owner. Her name is Stefanie McKinney and she was not helpful, at all. In fact, she was as unreasonable as her employees. She would not assist in rectifying this matter and she hung up on me. Her employees were not wearing COVID mandated masks and they were smoking and littering their cigarette butts in my neighborhood. I emailed them to NOT leave any further flyers on my property. She responded back and said "We do not fall under no soliciting" and I would have to get a No Flyers sign. According to other bad reviews for this company, looks like they ignore the No Flyers signs. How about you and your employees just stop trespassing on my private property every week an walking across my winter rye grass and destroying my screen door with your trash! Big mistake using The Flyer Guys for my business advertising. We specifically gave them 1000 flyers and meticulously mapped out a route that would give them 1000 homes (double checked with a title company and the usps website before drop off). Thankfully I asked multiple times for someone to call me as soon as the flyers had been dropped off because otherwise we may not have known just how terrible of a job they did. My husband drove around the neighborhood no more than a few hours after they said they finished and found minimal evidence they were dropped where they were supposed to be and absolutely no evidence at all that our flyers even made it to the second location. The flyers that did make it to the homes were discarded on the ground or yard like trash and the only response we received from a homeowner was a complaint about how she had a no solicitation sign up and they still "threw it on the ground through the gate." We have tried communicating with the company but have only received defensive aggressive phone calls talking in circles about how they did do it, then didn't do the second location but did somewhere else... then no they did do it. They can't even get their story right. We want a refund for this missed opportunity for our business and advise all potential future customers of theirs to double check their work as well. Don't trust them blindly and waste your hard earned dollars. read more

These people are absolutely awful. We have 2 no soliciting signs and one of them also indicates that unless you are Amazon delivering a package, please go away! And they still left their crap at our door. Then when I emailed them to ask them to tell their delivery people to just move past houses with no soliciting signs, some lady named Stefanie had the nerve to try and email me back that they aren't soliciting, they're trying to "connect" with us by knocking and that if I don't want them to leave flyers that I have to get a sign that clearly states no flyers. I made it clear in my reply that their person never knocked and I have doorbell video to prove all he did was drop and walk, and if they weren't soliciting business then why did they leave several of their company's business cards along with their customer's flyers. I also sent her a picture of my sign that clearly states go away if you're not Amazon! Her response to that was simply have a great day. My wife asked them not to put flyers on our door and if they saw the no soliciting sign they reacted with profanity while moving aggressively towards her calling her a fat bitch and all she did was sit on her fat ass all day!!! I have contacted advertisers of the flyers left on my door and confirmed that this is the company they used. This company ignores the posted No solicitation sign on my door. It is private property. Have contacted them via their website and get no response. If I have a No Soliciting sign on my door. It would be nice if they could respect that. read more

Per The Flyer Guys Offer, we paid $850 to have 5000 flyers delivered to specific neighborhoods which I mapped out and gave to them. I live in the area of the delivery. Bo txt me letting me know they had delivered to my area. I checked my own door, no flyers. I called 5 of my neighbors in various areas of the area Bo said was delivered. No one received my flyer. I then asked Bo to let me know when he was delivering more of my flyers and where so that I could drive neighborhoods to confirm delivery. He emailed back saying yes, he would do that. A few days later, Bo emails me letting me know that he had finished all of my areas. He never let me know where and when to verify deliveries. I have had no inquiries on my flyer. Delivering flyers is a trust based business. You have to trust that the company you hire to actually delivers your flyers. I have contacted more people in my areas and no one has seen my flyer? So far I see no evidence of my flyers having been delivered? If I get flyer inquiries, I will be updating this review. read more
