I was able to make an appointment online and the man that helped me, joanas, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help with the application on line with the state. Response to Owner: Wow this further proves my point of how unprofessional you all are. All you continue to do is lie. Please remember we have email transcripts and text! This is the most communicative you've been since I was brought in to assist my father at the beginning of this year. I requested so many times from Paul to email me in detail what is needed from the state and he never did. Further more you are making our private info public, with this unprofessional back and fourth. Not to mention you're Lying about terminating the contract. When it was my dad that terminated it by responding to your auto renewal of the contract email on 3/21/23 "Thank you for your friendly reminder. At this time, with immediate effect we no longer need your consulting services." Does that sound familiar? Because Jonas responded basically saying no problem, but make sure to return the office phone you left at my dads or you all will charge him $190! So I believe it's clear who canceled at this point! I was going to let this go because my father is too kind and trusting and wants to let things be. But right is right an wrong is wrong. You all took advantage of him being an older man and especially with him not being computer savvy. You knew all this and agreed to help him in spite of this. If you got him back "in compliance " as you say, why couldn't we be kept in compliance as before? What went wrong? What changed? I could never get to the bottom of this nor would anyone send me emails to answer my question. Now we're being asked for 10x the amount monthly and we're not in compliance what sense does that make.
