I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Ummm... how about we contact them about you littering?? Then he turns around and among other choice words, calls me a "fu**ing f*gg*t" - WHOA!!! This guy is unhinged. Please consider some other business to deliver your flyers - this one obviously cannot be concerned with 1) making sure your hard earned advertising dollars go the distance or 2) providing a positive image to YOUR business (usually going to reflect poorly on the business on the flyer, not these guys). This guy was a real piece of work, what a wonderful representation for any business. And to be very clear, I called the business on the flyer to ask who they had deliver for them and was told The Flyer Guys, so this is not a random slam to the first flyer company I could google up. I suggest you reconsider your ad dollars being thrown out as trash with these guys.
