Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending this company and their services!

The cleaner, Bryan, did an excellent job with the parts of the house I requested to be cleaned and was very considerate. I would definitely request him again. It is a challenging time, cleaning out the house out after the loss of a beloved family member. Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). The cleaning staff continues to turn wall plugins upside down creating a large oil spill on the floor. This has to be cleaned up after we arrive home. The last time this happened on 09-22-2026 we came home to a burning smell. The oil had dripped into the element of the plugin. This occurred in 2 places in our home, and the paint was damaged as a result. Three phone calls to Olivia the manager have yielded no response, no return calls and the only person I have been able to reach gives me the same information that she will pass the information on to Olivia and that we have no other recourse than to wait for Olivia to return our call. Today I called and received the same information that Olivia is the only person that I can speak with. When asked the polite phone person stated she has no access to anyone in the company except for Olivia. This is very poor customer service. They would benefit from calling customers back when an issue is brought to their attention.
