Robert was very good about letting us know issues that were encountered as soon as they occurred. As I said in a previous post, we bought a 40 year old house. When he removed the original to the house vanity, some of the water valves broke due to corrosion. He put in new ones. Then the faucet that we got was way too bulky for the size of the sink. He showed us that the new vanity was smaller than the original and explained and showed us that the flooring underneath would show through. He explained how he could fix it without the need of the original tile. We had not planned on painting but with the new vanity being smaller, it was not going to look nice to put it in and leave. Long story short, his expertise, commitment to quality and detail is how we ended up with an update that I have been envisioning all along! Thank you Robert for the fantastic experience! I am so giddy every time I look into our updated powder room!

June 19, 2015…read more We are so happy that we selected Arizona Valley Painting (Ramon Mendez) to paint our house! Our HOA had instructed all owners to paint their property. Having your house painted is a big and potentially stressful decision. It's a decision that you will need to live with for many years to come, so not only do you want to choose colors that will look good and you can be happy with, but you also want to be sure you choose a company that will do the best job possible and do it right the first time. We talked to other homeowners for painter references. We have lived in the same house for over twenty years and it has not been painted since we moved in. We interviewed 5 painters and were quite surprised how many did no follow-up and appeared to not prioritize customer service, quality, and integrity. We identified two acceptable painters for our job and their bids were very competitive. Ramon adjusted his schedule to respond to our request to get an estimate early in the morning. He was professional and very versatile. His company was able to provide me with service end to end. Others did only painting, did not cover all stucco repairs, could not work on our balcony to repair a wet spot but tried convincing us that we needed an entirely new balcony, and they could not accommodate repair and refinishing doors. Ramon thought outside the box, was versatile enough to handle the entire project, and to identify any potential issues. It was important to us that our job be completed on consecutive days and within a specified timeframe. Ramon was able to accommodate our requirements. He was at work every day except for a day I approved off so he could attend his daughter's graduation. My house needed extensive preparation because of peeling paint on the siding and fence. Ramon pressure washed everything, scraped and repaired the trim and fascia boards that were rough and dry from direct sunlight, and then he covered the areas for painting. The paint job was thorough, the door was replaced, the front door was refinished, and gutters were installed to resolve the wet spot issue on the balcony while alleviating what could have been a continuing issue. When he finished, the house looked almost new. Ramon was friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and his knowledge was impeccable. He was an excellent listener, accountable, responsible, polite and courteous, and was patient in explaining everything that needed to do be done. He spoke fluent English. He felt like part of our family, sharing pictures of his daughter's graduation, as requested. One day he was locked out on the balcony for a period of time due to the door locking behind him. He was not upset and regardless of the stress that would be caused for many, he appeared to be unaffected and was laughing about it afterwards. Ramon left "no stone unturned," completely cleaning up everything when he finished and reviewing everything he had done with me. My experience with Ramon Mendez (AZ Painting Co.) completely restored my confidence in great employees who cared about their customers and provided quality work and excellent customer service, what an absolute delight to work with him. I would recommend Ramon to anyone who is looking for professionalism, total end-to-end service, and quality while receiving a fair price for services. We selected RZ Floor and Bath Covering to remodel our large master bath shower and it was, from…read morestart to finish, the most pleasant and positive contracting experience we've had in over forty years of home ownership. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I contacted the company online and received a response from Rick within a few minutes. He scheduled a time to review our project the following day and showed up precisely on time. I appreciated that he asked quite a few questions about our preferences for the project and he also was glad to answer our questions. Within 24 hours, he sent me a very complete and professional proposal. I had a few more questions that I sent him by text, and he responded to all those within minutes with helpful details and additional explanations. We thought his quote was very competitive and his online references were outstanding, so we contracted him to do the job. We had some constraints on our availability and Rick was able to shift another project so that he could complete our project before we left on a trip. Rick and his team showed up exactly on time on the start date of our project and every day thereafter until the work was completed. Before they started demolition on our current shower, they carefully covered absolutely everything in the master bath and bedroom with paper and plastic and put down multiple layers of floor covering. I've never had a contractor do such a thorough job to protect the surrounding areas. While they worked on our project, my husband and I often left to run errands during the day, and we were completely comfortable with them being in our home while we were absent. At the end of every day, they cleaned up completely both the master bath work area and all the areas outside where they had set up their saws and other equipment. The entire four-person team, which included Rick and his father, Ricardo, was pleasant, professional, and highly skilled. Whenever there was a decision to be made, Rick immediately brought us in to ensure that he was taking our feedback into account. The work was completed with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the project. They did a couple of items that other contractors would likely have charged us extra and simply included those in the project. The project was completed on budget and a couple days earlier than we had planned. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience, and our newly remodeled master shower is just beautiful. Rick and RZ Flooring & Bath most definitely deserve the outstanding reviews that they routinely receive from other satisfied customers. I am so glad that we found them and I will definitely be using them for future projects. Thank you, Rick, Ricardo, Manny, and George!

First they have now failed to show up on two separate days. My estimated completion date was almost a week ago and I'm still yet to have work finished because they keep not showing up. Second and here is the biggest problem. They put my key in a lock box on the front door. Which is a fair standard practice. The problem is when I went outside this morning on a Monday to see what work they had left since they were here Friday, three days ago, I decided to double check the lock box. Well my key was in there and it was real easy to double check because they didn't change the combo on the box so it was unlocked for three days!!! Now my bad for trusting them and not having checked it myself on Friday I'll own that. But I shouldn't have to. I can't tell you they will show up and I can't tell you they will secure your house, they do nice work though...

As some of you know I love to bake and cook. I love to feed people, but lately I stopped. Plus cleaning up was a nightmare because I never knew where anything would go. I often overspent since I couldn't find things & I would re buy them. That's when Top-Tier Organizing Co. stepped in. From the moment I spoke with Ashley Sandoval I felt at ease. I showed her my problem areas. Let me tell you I struggled with that part, because I felt like I failed. At no point though did Ashley make me feel like I failed. It was quite the opposite, she was encouraging and motivating from start to finish. She came in measured everything, took down notes, came up with a plan, and then discussed it with me. She was always early and excited to get things started.
