This UPS Store has never let us down! We have mailed various packages and items over the last two years and the service has been great and prices have been reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait long. Our packages have arrived when they say they would. The store is pretty organized and has everything I need. I recently made my first Amazon return to this store and it went smoothly. It's located in a busy shopping strip with a Fry's. There are a few spots in front, and more in the Fry's parking lot. FREE faxes at the l library. don't go to UPS . I went to the UPS store to fax 38 pages of documents to Social Security. They charged $3.50 for the first sheet and two dollars a page after that. The employees were rude and refused to let us pick up gifts at 3:10pm on Christmas Eve day because they closed at 3:00pm. But they still had a customer in the store until almost 4:00pm. Furthermore, when we checked the website the night before it said that they would be open until 8:00pm. We paid extra to have a box rerouted to this store because of the porch pirates in the area. Had a question about an Amazon return and the employee, Tanner, said there was nothing that could be done without a receipt and no other feedback. We just wanted help on what to do next. When we questioned his response, he was agitated. We also needed to ship a package but after that, refused to help us. We came back inside once we found the receipt but still wouldn't ship our package, refused to let us speak to anyone, including a manager, and while we were leaving told us, "Don't come back." Ran by idiots. Unreliable. When a store says it closes at 6 you expect it to be open at 5:45pm.... Apparently that's not the case. When I called them on the phone the associate just said they're closed early on the holidays... there isn't a holiday... and if they're closed at a certain time it's not asking to much for them not to provide false advertisement. Today I went into the UPS located at 3317 S Higley Rd, Gilbert AZ 85296 to send a return to Amazon. There was a young man helping me and he informed me that I needed to print the label and attach it to the box. I asked if I could print it at the store and he said yes, it would be a fee. I asked how much the fee was and he said $3.26. I said, "For 1 page? Wow, that is expensive!" A lady comes from the back, I believe her name is Terra, and says it's a service that we offer. I said I understand that I'm just expressing an opinion. She said, "Well everything is expensive, and it's a service that we offer. You can choose not to use it." I said I was just sharing an opinion, not asking for any feedback. She pushed my box across the counter to me and said, "There is another UPS on Power and Ray. take it there." I literally was not yelling, being disrespectful, or rude. I simply expressed an opinion, and to be honest, it wasn't even directed to the young man that was helping me. It was just inflation period. But to be refused service because I expressed an opinion is very disrespectful and unprofessional. In my opinion, it wasn't because I expressed an opinion, it was because of how I looked. She represents UPS. It's unfortunate, but this is the face and treatment that you have offering your products and services. I'm also going to file a complaint with Amazon because they use UPS. I was in there a few weeks ago to mail my Christmas cards, and had to put stamps on 60+ cards. As I was standing there peeling and pasting, I jokingly looked at the group of 3 guys (2 associates, 1 driver) that were standing and chatting and said "If you're bored and want to help me you totally can!" The two associates just stared at me blankly but to my surprise the driver, Alex, actually walked right up! this store lost one of my packages and it took me 6 months of calling the store to get my refund. when i did get the refund, it was much less than what the package was worth even though i sent all of the receipts. traci, the person in charge of claims, was unwilling to help me with my issue and get the correct refund. it also took her 6 months to get me the claim refund after me calling the store over 15 times. incredibly frustrating. read more

But, I was shipping an item that fell in between 2 different shipping rates based off of size and time so I decided to go into the store to inquire about what was the best value.
