I would like to start by saying I attempted to contact UPS directly with my feedback. However the website only allows you to call. The chat function says "please call". So, unfortunately here I am publicly saying this location is missing the mark on customer service: I arrived at approximately 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon. There were 4 people ahead of me. 1 person on register. A person boxing items and a person in uniform loading a truck. The person on register seemed to be new/in training. They were asking the person boxing items a lot of questions. This is fine. Everyone has to learn. At 4:50 the person boxing says "your register will automatically shut down at 5:02". So, I'm watching and waiting for something to change. Cause there are now 4 people behind me. That's 8 people In line. Nope. At 4:53 the person at register says "just so you all know. The register shuts down at 5:02". To which I said, well I guess you need another person on the register. I'm not fond of being a grinch but at the point the associate working is telling me their staffing is going to cause me to not be able to complete my transaction, I am no longer patient. I'm not sure why person boxing didn't jump in to help. I'm not sure why cashier felt it necessary to tell us if we weren't lucky enough for them to figure out the process before 5:02 we were out of luck. But these "team members" sure didn't care about the 8 people who cared enough to patronize their employer. To those "team members" your employer requires patrons to keep their doors open. At some point when enough of us don't come back, there's not a need for "team members". Sorry to air your dirty laundry on Yelp. I tried to write this directly to those who could do something about it. UPS doesn't make it easy to tell them when something goes wrong. read more

This location is always quick and easy. As someone who ships packages frequently from returns and selling items online I appreciate the ease of cominh here and scanning a QR code on my phone quickly versus printing each label. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and moves quickly even when it gets busy. They have convenient hour and are open late and on weekenda. read more

I was just at this location and in the parking lot out front there was a the car with two unaccompanied children sitting in the back seat, one of them in a car seat. The temperature reached 112° today. I went inside and figured out who the woman was and told her she needed to go out there and attend to her children before I called the police. The manager started arguing with me about "harassing" his customer. At the time the woman still had about five boxes she was wrapping up and had clearly been there for awhile. It is sad to think this store cares more about making a few dollars on postage than the lives of two children under the age of five. read more

This is the worst place I have even been to. They are not helpful and super lazy. They also want to change $3.25 for you to email them and have them print the label out. Unreal. "The UPS Store" isn't the same as UPS...they just pay to use the logo and are a franchise that charges more $$$ than printing your own label at home! I had to ship 2 boxes overnight and the online UPS quote was $87.70 and this store charges $167.39 (I wouldn't even trust how they measure things)...save money and print your own UPS Simple Rate label and drop it at any UPS drop location. When I filed a complaint Ben said "I don't know how UPS online quotes work " until I sent him a screen shot and then he admitted they don't offer the real UPS online Simple Rate. read more

I shipped two packages to two different locations on Saturday March 23, 2024. One of the packages that was supposed to arrive in San Antonio today arrived at my home yesterday evening. I stopped by the local UPS store and spoke to the clerk and the manager, Joel. They indicate in their system that my package went to their Goodyear facility and then from Goodyear came back to my home. UPS would notagree to a refund or to send the package out correctly. They said they did what they were intended to do which was not the case when it just went as far as cross, the city learned my lesson a second time I will never use UPS services again. read more

Joel was careless and shipped my package to the wrong address and my receipt got beach towels instead. Needless to say my package I needed my old landlord to receive to get my deposit back. We'll now UPS is costing me money he didnt receive what I sent because of their careless act. Not appreciated whatsoever. read more

Heartless staff, fees unreasonable and much higher than other UPS stores. No compassion from the young man who charged me nearly $5 for two b/w pages. Computer broken so you can't print your own so they gouge you when all store clerk does is click a file and press print. Greedy. Expect the same high price if you need them to print an amazon label. Their cost to print one label was more than the cost of the item I was returning. Maybe other staff is nice and helpful, but not this guy at all...cold as ice. I recommend the location further south at Higley/Pecos...guys are so patient, kind and, caring. read more

I go out of my way to come to this location. There is rarely a wait and the staff has always been exceptional. Of particular note is the service given by Anthony. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. If there is any sort of employee recognition award, Anthony deserves to receive it. I have had a mailbox rented at this location for over a year. All the staff has been very polite, friendly & helpful. One employee Anthony goes beyond good customer service. He always greets every customer respectfully, he is patient & super quick & efficient. I've been picking up my mail & I have seen him handling five customers at once & also taking the time to say Hello to the customers getting their mail. I know this might be a strange business to leave a review on, but I just have to commend the employees at this location. Every time, I am greeted with a smile and asked how I'm doing. I have rushed in here trying to print documents for a class that was going to start in 15 minutes. The workers are quick, understanding, and helped me find an alternative solution when my drive was not working to upload the document. Every other customer who came in after me received this same wonderful service, and I could tell they left satisfied. I have even witnessed people shipping items that were valuable to them, and the employees here take great care with the packages. I can't even begin to explain how frustrating it is attempting to do anything at this location. It is extremely unfortunate that UPS is a franchise operation because the inconsistency among their different locations is horrible! I went here to print only 2 papers and they charged me $2.44, while Officemax offers $0.12 per paper; which is 10 time different in price between these two stores. I don't know about the other services but I guess I won't come here for printing again. read more

I Mail many of my packages from here only because it's close and convenient. To use the offer of 10% off you have to actually do shipping through UPS not just through the UPS store. Which is silly it be nice if they would clarify that up front! Either way I'm not sure why it matters-- were shipping through the store. read more

Only one person was managing the store, and this person was not at the counter to greet us. We had two large packages for delivery and one simple question. But, she acted as if we were bothering her during her lunch break. As we were asking our question, she interrupted me, asking me to place our package on the scale. I'm a person that allows attitude to easily bonus off me, but this lady was having a bad day and I was interrupting her. Maybe the level of customer service is based on store profit? Do they make little to no profit for pre-paid packages or pre-packaged boxes? Maybe this lady shouldn't be dealing with customers. Dunno. This guy wanted 30 dollars for a box trying to scam me on the price probably because I'm a kid. Went to post net and they gave me the same box for 10. The ups guy was extremely rude and acted like you can't ship other boxes through the mail because their not ups certified. Rating changed because the owner responded - let's me know they care about their business :-) Went in to have some things laminated. The guy working said it would take at least 20 minutes to warm up the laminator (implying I should leave since it was 30 minutes before close). When I asked to use a paper cutter he handed me something that would not have cut butter. No offer scissors or an alternative. Then he started pulling the gates over everything to close up (30 minutes early). No apologies, just a look at me like he couldn't believe I wanted to use their services so close to closing time. So, I decided I should probably go to Kinkos instead and left. Hopefully the franchise owner will read the review so they don't continue to lose business. read more

They used to have a young guy working there that was pretty good. Now they have some scruffy looking guy that could use about 3 shaves who isn't nice to people and is gruff and unfriendly. It's a really good way to lose business when you don't treat customers with a smile and you act like it's a chore to help them out. I'm not impressed. read more
