Did I mention heavyweights? I was fortunate the Manufacturer was willing to take them back at no cost and even sent me two pre-paid shipping labels to attach. My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.
