One was a seasoned Lady and the other was a youthful fella! Both humans were fantastic!!! I didn't get their names because we were so busy chatting it up as they were helping with printing. I've stopped in here before, but didn't really have a good experience but this time customer service was amazing!!! Kuddos to these 2!!! Please give them raises for having the best customer service ever!!! Receiving a fax, and printing cost isn't as bad as I thought it would be...I needed a color copy of something emailed over. I spent less than $2.50 for the email to be sent here, them to print it and to do it in color! Granted it is alot for 1 copy but I was in and out, in which, that in itself, was worth it!!! Out of the way location however, I was in the area visiting someone so it was the prefect location, as far as, timing goes! I told her I am a UPS driver, my return was setup with all correct information, and that this box was 100% fine to return in because it was the manufacturers box still. I didnt wanna argue so I left went to a different UPS Store and was in and out in 30 seconds with the same exact return and QR code. I get it that shipping is tough with the liabilities involved but please just update your staff on what can and cannot be accepted as a return.

I used to buy things here, but my last experience, along with all the negative reviews, forced me to go to another shipping center 13 miles round trip from my house, even though this place is a few blocks away. But then the icing on the cake was last night after hours, I called the owner, Jason Lindgren, on his cell for help to find a mis delivered FEDX pkg containing original signed closing documents for a real estate transaction closing today. The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow!
