Really bad experience. Very unfriendly female employee there who seems to enjoy being completely unhelpful and is highly unpleasant. Tracking said a package was there so I drove all the way to pick it up. I kept missing it because signature was required for delivery. You know, a job got in the way. She wouldn't even check the back to see it is was there. Told me it wasn't. I asked if she had any idea when it would be delivered again? No. Any way to change to no signature required so I wouldn't miss it again? Call customer service. I stand there dumbfounded at this lady and she just walks off. So , I'm checking my email again to make sure there is nothing I can do...another employee walks up . Checks the back (took 30 seconds). Guess what? It's there. Lol. I normally trust UPS with my shipping needs, and indeed, my package appears that it will be right on time. The quality of the UPS delivery network is the reason I'm giving two stars. My frustration is with this particular location and its pricing on UPS services. I wanted to ship a padded envelope via UPS ground and was initially quoted $14.05. I then asked to insure the package for $600 and the price went up to $40.81 - nearly triple the price. UPS' own 2024 retail pricing guide notes "Declarations of value from $100.01 to $300.00 are subject to a charge of $4.35," and then $1.45 per $100 after that. Using UPS retail pricing guidelines, this would have meant an extra cost of $8.70 for the extra insurance. To be fair, UPS Store locations are in fact allowed to mark up prices, but this particular location is marking up its price on insurance over UPS retail prices by over 300 percent. I still do value the UPS shipping network, but it is hard to swallow paying $26.54 for $600 of insurance when UPS retail pricing is $8.70. read more

Broke 2 guitars in shipping and delivery drivers don't have proper protocol when they don't have a gate code. It's a policy problem not a driver problem so this is a corporate issue in driver delivery policy which needs to be better. read more

In town from out of state getting some court matters taken care of. Needed a few documents notarized and copies made. This location is conveniently located in walking distance the the courthouse in downtown. The lady at the counter was kind, courteous, helpful and overall made my experience that much comforting. I have used this location for 3 years. The staff are very accommodating and professional. However, you need to check your order before you pay for it and walk out the door! They do make mistakes and it's a pain to discover this back at home. Recently, I accidentally left my wallet in their store for 2 whole days. Although they did not email me about it, they did store it in a cabinet. Once I phoned them, they said I had left it behind. If I could give zero stars I would. They have terrible customer service. I went in to have something notarized and called ahead to ask for availability. The phone rep said that yes they could do it today. I came in 15 mins later and the person at the counter was very rude and seemed annoyed I needed a notary. Said that they take appointments only. This was not explained on the phone. He then went and signed all my documents but come to find out he didn't stamp them all with his seal so I wasted 60 dollars and have nothing to show for It. Like me, you might be one of those people who thinks that all UPS stores are basically the same. And like me, you'd probably de delighted to learn this isn't always true, at least not for this location. Right when I walked in, the assistant manager acknowledged me with a hello and let me know he'd be right with me, a simple gesture that many businesses overlook and one which has a huge impact on customers. The gentlemen behind the counter were thorough and helpful, and even though I gave them a hard time, they remained professional and courteous, and even went out of their way to make things right for me. Terrible experience. I needed prints for an interview, and because I used this location's services (a generous description of what they do) I was nearly late and arrived with mediocre prints. I placed an online order early in the morning and noted in my order the time I needed them completed by. Problems Confirming My Order 1. I tried calling to confirm their completion but got stuck in a never-ending loop of automated responses 2. I tried connecting with an online chat and the CSR was short and unhelpful 3. When I arrived at the store, neither of the workers acknowledged me until I loudly announced myself 4. When I told them what I was there to pick up, they both got on separate computers to search for my order,,,that they hadn't even looked at yet It had been sitting in their queue for hours. Problems Once My Order is Found: 1. One worker talks down to me about bleed - an option that isn't available when submitting an online order 2. The other one wanders aimlessly before realizing they don't even have the paper stock I ordered my prints on 3. The Wanderer grabs a fistful of a lighter weight stock, crinkling it and waving it around while he talked before stuffing it in the printer 4. Bleed Man grabs the first print out of the machine with the same care the Wanderer had loaded it to show me the proof 5. I confirm that the print is correct, and now this mangled proof is apparently one of my final copies? 6. It takes the Wanderer far too long to trim the edges, and they handed my prints to me clearly not intending for me to review them before I leave 7. I do stop and stand at the counter to thumb through them, and say "Well they're pretty bent up but I guess there's nothing I can do about that." Bleed Man gives a very unconvincing "Oh sorry about that" before I rush to meet my interview. Both workers were very unprofessional, did not seem to care about their work at all, didn't even ~pretend to care while a customer was there, and turned out poor quality product. 0/10 would recommend. read more

Terrible location. We paid for pack and ship service. They literally threw everything in a box without protection. Items came in broken. The joke of the UPS claim process didn't cover anything. We got charged 90$ for a pick up service along with a pack and ship just for them to do that. Totally ridiculous. read more
