So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts…read more When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!

I needed…read morefast shirts and though Monument Limited couldn't help me with my time frame and need, they told me who near Phoenix could! I called Brand X, which is located in Alpha Graphics in Tempe, about same day direct to print shirts. Natalie gave me all the instructions and told me if I got my emergency order in by 12, the shirts would be ready by 5! The emergency shirt design studio is great when you're in a pinch and I was able to customize a few shirts in under 5 minutes. One thing to know is the emergency options are limited but there are still some many cool things to do! A secured payment and an email later and I was all set. True to their word, Brand X had my shirts ready fast. Next year, there's a strong possibly I'll get to my shirt design way before the 11th hour and really get to see what Brand X can do for my shirts. Thanks guys!

I picked up my order finished enjoying the food festival and drove home to Flagstaff. As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt so I informed my credit card company and got a temporary credit which they recharged my card. I emailed them but with no response. hopefully the money spent went to charity. The shirt were going to be gifts.
