It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts…read more When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!

They are still manufacturing our plaques today. When covid hit in 2020, our banquet was cancelled and again in 2021. In 2020, we had a special request due to one of our inductees being 91 years old and in poor health. The ASF Board contacted Lane Award Manufacturing with a special request to make one plaque for our 91-year-old. They immediately stepped up and made her plaque. In just a couple of weeks, she was presented her Arizona Softball Hall of Fame plaque at home with her family. It was a wonderful celebration. That is going the extra mile. As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts.
