They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. He charged for a core feature on our website that him and his team developed. It didn't work for over a year. He then tried to bill us to fix it. The website had 404 errors way before he changed servers and then sent a bill to fix it, but he blamed it on the new server. He also illegally got into our customer database, on the server, and retrieved one of our admin log in credentials and then used those log in credentials to make himself another admin account after we terminated his services. To this day he refuses to give us our backups of the website or ftp log in credentials so we can migrate the site to another host after we spent upwards of 150k with him. I would steer clear of this company because they charge to fix issues that should have worked from the get go and break in to the backside of your website after their services were terminated. I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts…read more When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!
