I submitted a request for a new project (two simple, interior privacy window vinyls) online on July 29 and didn't hear back for 4 business days, so I emailed on August 4, to which they responded "We didn't receive your request. We will call you tomorrow to discuss it." Ok, no big deal, and they did call the next day. We discussed project parameters and they said they needed exact measurements, which I provided the following day on August 6 and they said they would work up a quote and mockup by Friday August 7. The same lady who I had just given the measurements to on August 6 called on August 7 to ask for the measurements. I told her I had given them to her yesterday and she asked if I gave them to the other employee. I told her no, I gave them to *her* and then gave them to her again during that phone call. She said they'd have a quote for me sometime the following week and I reminded her that just the day before she said she could have the quote for me by Friday (now the same day we were speaking). She said they were just so busy and she didn't know if it would be possible but "if we said we'd do it today we'll try to do it today." My problem with this was not that there was a delay in receiving the quote (it's a sign -- delays happen and no one is going to die because we couldn't install a sign) but that every interaction with any of their team members clearly pointed to the disorganization, lack of communication, and flippant attitude going on within and coming from their team. Anyway, now it's September 23 and I still haven't received the quote. I went with another company.

I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

They do have notary services, and sell bubble wrap and stuff - so there's that if you need those. They WILL accept USPS priority mail flat rate envelopes, but they don't use USPS - so they weigh them and ship them UPS and charge accordingly, so don't plan on this being a one-stop shop if you have other mailing to do unless you want to fork over extra cash.
