I ordered a large banner online from another company for my son's graduation from USAF boot camp…read more When the banner came it didnt have grommets installed. We didnt have enough time to send the banner back so I called Fast Signs to inquire about what it would cost to have the grommets installed. You know what happened? They graciously took car of everything at no charge. I was honestly touched by what they did. They certainly didnt have to offer me anything for free. I would say if you need any type of sign or advertising. Use this place, they are definitley military family friendly. Thanks again Fast Signs!!!!!! Sincerely, Proud Air Force Family

I've worked with FastSigns multiple times over the last three years and until recently I was always…read morehappy with the results. New management is awful. I submitted a request for a new project (two simple, interior privacy window vinyls) online on July 29 and didn't hear back for 4 business days, so I emailed on August 4, to which they responded "We didn't receive your request. We will call you tomorrow to discuss it." Ok, no big deal, and they did call the next day. We discussed project parameters and they said they needed exact measurements, which I provided the following day on August 6 and they said they would work up a quote and mockup by Friday August 7. The same lady who I had just given the measurements to on August 6 called on August 7 to ask for the measurements. I told her I had given them to her yesterday and she asked if I gave them to the other employee. I told her no, I gave them to *her* and then gave them to her again during that phone call. She said they'd have a quote for me sometime the following week and I reminded her that just the day before she said she could have the quote for me by Friday (now the same day we were speaking). She said they were just so busy and she didn't know if it would be possible but "if we said we'd do it today we'll try to do it today." My problem with this was not that there was a delay in receiving the quote (it's a sign -- delays happen and no one is going to die because we couldn't install a sign) but that every interaction with any of their team members clearly pointed to the disorganization, lack of communication, and flippant attitude going on within and coming from their team. Anyway, now it's September 23 and I still haven't received the quote. I went with another company.

Great work and customer service, appreciate the time and looking forward to my first cornhole toss! Highly highly recommend. Easy to deal with and communication was above expectations. Than you!

I strongly dislike leaving a negative review, as I was truly looking forward to working with Mr…read more Mesta Designs for ALL my business projects. Initially, Kris was communicative and professional until I started to question his work. First off, Kris requested full payment before starting any project, which represented an unfamiliar business practice to me, as I am used to a deposit for all work completed for my business and, in some cases, full payment upon project completion. Furthermore, I found his approach very uncomfortable, as it appeared to prioritize finances over the delivery of an "easy and stress-free" experience that his company promotes. Though Kris was detail-oriented and took the time to explain his work, he was centered on charging for his time. When he inquired about the payment for the project on August 19, 2026, I communicated that the predetermined timeframe had not yet arrived, as I had scheduled my follow-up for August 23, 2026, due to a medical procedure. He responded in a defensive manner, stating, "Yeah, yeah. I said almost 2 weeks. We're four days away from it," which I found very unprofessional and inconvenient. Whether the duration was four days or a single day, he violated the timeframe I had established. This behavior reveals that he is primarily motivated by a desire to receive payment. Furthermore, Kris demonstrated audacity by contacting my husband to voice his complaints about my alleged unkindness toward him, while simultaneously expressing disappointment that I "refused" to provide payment for work he had not yet initiated. Why would you be contacting my husband when I am the business owner compensating you for your services? Kris claimed that he needed a "man-to-man" conversation about payment, which is absurd. I would have appreciated professional courtesy rather than being accused of displaying unkindness when I was simply addressing the facts of the situation. Moreover, Kris dismissed his error in mailing out the flyers to himself instead of to my business. He was so focused on his payment that he carelessly mailed out the flyers that I paid for in full to himself. When I confronted him about this, he responded with excuse after excuse without any accountability. What upsets me the most is I had requested to pick up the flyers from his location, which he denied, stating that it was easier and faster to mail out the flyers. This does not make sense because he had dropped of the business cards that he made for us. As a result of his careless mistake, I received the flyers late, which hindered my ability to pass out ALL the flyers by the grand opening. Moreover, Kris disregarded his mistake of mailing the flyers to his own address rather than to my business address. His primary concern appeared to be collecting payment, which led him to carelessly send the flyers--which I had fully compensated for--to himself. Upon addressing this issue with him, he offered multiple justifications while minimizing to accept full responsibility. What troubles me the most is that I had explicitly requested to collect the flyers from him, a request he refused by claiming that mailing them would be more convenient and quick. This rationale is inconsistent with his previous actions, as he had personally delivered the business cards to my business. Due to his careless oversight, I experienced a delay in receiving the flyers, which hindered my ability to distribute the complete quantity of flyers prior to the grand opening event. In addition to his unprofessional behavior, I question the quality of the business cards, as I am experiencing ink chipping or flaking, ruining the text and the great first impression of my business. I am unsure whether this situation occurred due to a malfunction of his equipment requiring repair; however, some of the business cards appeared to have a blue lining defect that required his correction. Among all projects completed by Kris, the tenant panel installation was the most satisfying. Yet, I decided to discontinue business with Mr. Mesta Designs, which is unfortunate given that my business still requires hats, shirts, etc. Nonetheless, I can no longer trust or continue with this type of business engagement.

I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
