Abe is the most unprofessional person I've dealt with. He was very rude, disrespectful and was…read morescreaming at me! He would not allow me to speak and spoke over me. I asked him numerous times to please stop screaming at me and to lower his voice. I reached out to him over a month ago for a sign. We discussed my sign needs and a rough estimate. The price sound fair and reasonable. I asked Abe to please email me a draft of how the sign would look like, in case there had to be any edits or changes, he agreed. He never emailed me! Nor he never followed up. This should have been a red flag that he never worked on my sign. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I followed up with him today, and sure enough, my sign was never worked on! When I first spoke to him, he never mentioned a deposit and never explained that he required a deposit to create a rough draft, if he had I would have been happy to paid a deposit. He also added, "if I wanted the job done now", to go into his store, pay and it will be done today. My question to him was, "why didn't you tell me the first time I contacted you?" Abe tried to make me feel that I was the one to blame for his lack of communication and for not getting the rough draft completed. Because his lack of taking responsibility, poor work ethic and professionalism, I decided to not move forward with his sign services. I told him that I'd make sure to write a review so that others would know how he treated me. Abe then, said, he in return will give me a bad review about my business but Abe has never been my client and I never prepared his taxes. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost.
