    I called to add insurance to 4 of my cars, The person who answered was very unprofessional and…read morerude. She was specking Spanish and i requested to talk to someone in English. She said that there was no one who spoke English that was available, I asked her if she spoke English and she said no but she understood a little bit. So i continued giving her the info she was asking for, But i kept repeating my information to her i know she was acting like a fool to make me mad i finally told her she was a dumb bitch and i wanted to talk to a supervisor. She hung up on me. Not even 5 minutes later a Man called me back asking me what had happened, Her version was i was rude and i had insulted her, I admitted to him that i did, He tells me that the person who answered was his daughter and she did speak English. I let him know his daughter was rude, unprofessional and very Ignorant. But i did get an apology from her dad at the end. Will not recommend this people

    Omgosh worst customer service ever, could not tell me why they were charging me $85 over and then…read morewould say to renewal but I wasn't renewing? Then I said that's not what the letter says and all he could say was I don't care this is what you pay now. Then I say ok but I need a copy of this and it shows why I had to pay $85 over and he said NO? I asked why and he started talking and you can't understand anything he's saying like he's talking far away so you can't hear him but when he wants something you can hear him great. Also there is 2 names so not sure why they need 2 names? Paper work seems funny names seem funny just can't trust this so I said I'll not renew and go somewhere else. I went to GEICO and 5 minutes online had insurance for $90 cheaper then whah he wanted me to pay? Wow. Plus when I got this insurance 3 days later I had to shut down my card for someone trying to buy stuff online at Walmart just weird that it happened and the only new thing was them and they had my cart information which I never give out only time I did was to get this insurance and wouldn't take a check so just saying my card info was taken and then someone trying to buy stuff with my card a couple of days later had to shut it down and get a new one. I wouldn't trust this company to many red flags and then his customer service is a big red flag. It's up to you but something isn't right here and I'm going to find out why.
