I did this and received a check dated the same day as my email. They, of course, did not reply to the email. 3. Take the check to your local dealer, schedule a service appointment, and Legacy will have to work with the dealer to issue a supplementary check based on the dealer's estimate compared to their own. This will take a while but you will get your car repaired and Legacy will pay the auto dealer. Previous review: This company is actively engaging in insurance fraud. If you call to inquire about a claim, they place you on hold in a 10+ person queue. After you get through the queue, the automatic voice recording says they are having system issues and asks you to call again later.

I've been in three wrecks in my life , all not my fault, but the other two were paid in full with no issues. The repair shop I went too said they continuously have issues with this insurance company not paying for all of the estimate. Please do not give them your business.
