Two months ago, when you said I needed to return the rental car, you were going to check with Sands to see if they would compensate me for the long rental...I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOU. Then, three weeks ago, you called me (after trying to reach you for a week) and said you were going to check why this whole process is taking so long. You told me you would get back to me and give me an update...NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOU. At the same time, I mentioned that we had an accident (not our fault) and took our car to Gerber, and even though there was significantly more damage, they returned our car in a little more than 3 weeks. You then said that Gerber was one of your recommended clients...which was NEVER recommended at the time of this situation. Sands is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Every week I continue to get updates that don't coincide with the previous updates. I don't think they know how to repair vehicles other than American brands. Yesterday, I was told that I MIGHT get my car back next week! This has been an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with you, Hartford, and Sands.
