If all you want from an insurance agent is someone knowledgeable who knows the market and can find you the best rates with good companies no matter what your needs, and who is always ready to assist with questions, then look no further than Char and Steve. And they even return phone calls! We switched all our insurance products over to them a few years ago - one primary residence, two rental properties, six vehicles (including two with youthful drivers) and an umbrella policy - and saved hundreds when we did it. I've had more than a few insurance agents in my lifetime, and none have even come close to the way I'm treated at AZ Insurance Team. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte and she could not have made switching our auto insurance any better! She found me a better insurance policy at $50 less per month than what I was already paying! She was able to have my previous policy cancelled and the new one active very next day. She answered all of my questions(I had very few since she made the steps so easy) and responded to every email almost immediately. I was so overwhelmed when moving here from Florida. When we finally found a place I was having figures and facts thrown at me right and left. I don't know how this team found me (I believe it was through my wonderful mortgage "girl" Jill Vavro). But they quoted me a very reasonable price for home insurance and explained everything I need to know about it, even though I literally bit someone's head off at the start because I was frustrated with everything else I was dealing with. A pleasure to do business with this team, and I think I'll keep them!!!! read more
