Unfortunately, I needed to interact with Ayala insurance again. Since my last review in November I refuse to interact in person with any employee at the 48st and Southern location. The "Manager" is rude and he thinks he is the insurance Messiah. I am not going to include his name on this because I decided to let him fool himself a little longer (with his 3 person staff/ or should I say his parishioners?). You go right ahead and rule that 100 sq ft kingdom. I am not trying to be cruel or rude or anything that would hurt your feelings personally (even though you treated me like crap and embarrassed me ) but Heavy D is looking for his wardrobe. You must have been shopping at the Vintage Store (aka Goodwill) when he was donating his 1987 concert hand me downs. (I know this is a little low but his name isn't on this, so if the shoe fits)

Thank God or should I say thank the Insurance Messiah that I don't have to ever visit your "Kingdom" again. I found a diamond in the rough! All I had to do was call your main number and pray that your office doesn't pick up the call (as the incoming calls rotate stores) And low and behold... I found Eunice in Litchfield!! I'm not sure if she is the manager or another agent but she should be the manager, or the District Manager or Regional Manager or better yet she should be the "Global Insurance Manager". If I ever happen to see Steve "Kardashian" Ayala on my private jet or island I will be sure you get recognized for not just doing your job but being kind and not making me feel like I was bothering you or that I should be bowing at your feet because you work for Mr. Steve "Kardashian" Ayala. Which comes to my next question... Somebody please tell me, is Steve Ayala really always on Vacation and doesn't talk to customers? That's what the Messiah of 48th st told me. I'm just curious. If it is the truth... although Eunice is superb at her job and genuinely kind I would have to move along. Why would I give my money to anyone who doesn't care about the people who made him "rich" (whatever he thinks is rich). Why would/should I allow some man talk down to me while literally handing over my money to him? That was a rhetorical question. (Please don't answer that question Messiah).
When a company representative is rude and belittling to you while you are literally handing them YOUR money you need to STOP and ask that person right then "Why should I still give you my hard earned money when you have treated me so poorly?" Most of them will not be able to answer you and a large majority will actually tell you "I don't care if you don't give me your money, that's your problem" Or better yet "Your loss not mine" or "You can leave" "I'm gonna call security" Or my favorite one is "the sign says the right to refuse service to anyone".
Guess what? I have a sign too, it is called The Constitution of the United States. Hence, Article [I] (Amendment 1 - Freedom of expression and religion) I can advertise anywhere and tell the whole world what transpired between us and how I felt. I can picket on the street corner in front of the establishment to say how I was treated. However, I cannot lie! Which brings me to my next statement. I also have the right to record 2 party conversations with anyone as long as I am one of the parties involved. I urge everyone not too get mad and cause a scene but just ask that person that question. Once they reply, you will know if that company deserves your hard earned money. One more thing if it is a "company" like the electric company, or DMV, any place that you don't really have a choice but to pay. You need to demand to speak to a Manager. Just because you "HAVE" to give them your money doesn't mean they can mistreat you!!! And if you are still treated poorly even by Management I can guarantee someone at the top will listen.
P.S. It turns out, that the Insurance Messiah was wrong. Dude, I'm not crazy...YOU DID OVER CHARGE ME!!! read more
