I figured I would call the office to find out what happened and in the meantime rebooked another interview for the upcoming week. Well I get a cancellation email at 10pm in the evening before the interview the next morning! There was no phone call to reach out directly to apologize for not showing up on the call the week prior. I can't believe how inconsiderate she is! My time is just as valuable and at least have the common courtesy and give someone advance notice. Do Not Recommend!!!

After paying for the entire process and taking time to prepare, I'm told a day before my test was scheduled that there were no longer any positions available although being in contact throughout that entire time. I am a firm believer in Yelp reviews. I find them to be truthful and accurate whether they are good…read moreor bad. My automobile insurance was recently not renewed due to a few of my claims. When I had not heard anything from my independent insurance agent, I decided to search for another. As I read the reviews for Jimmy Kreisman and his group, I knew I had found the right place. The reviews were extremely positive, and I mean REALLY positive. I phoned earlier this month in the afternoon. I received a phone call from Jimmy in about 20-30 minutes. We talked a little about my situation, and he was ready to refer me to someone else since he was ready to go on a trip and had work stacked up before he left and for after his return. However, after speaking to me for a bit, he said that he could work me in and gave me specific dates of when I could expect him to work on my proposals. Based on his previews reviews, I knew that I could trust what he said. He got information from me in that initial long phone conversation and communicated with me over the next several days. As promised, he contacted me when he said he would to finish work on my proposals. He was direct about my situation, which I appreciated. I also appreciated him giving me his perspective of the current state of the insurance industry and what he expects in the future. He sent me a proposal which was much better than I expected, and after some discussion, we tweaked not only my auto insurance to best fit my needs but also renters insurance, which I am now also changing. I am a retired higher education professional who busted his butt every day for the students I assisted. I always look for and appreciate professionals and workers who do the same. Jimmy certainly fit this bill. He is polite, honest, and certainly an expert in his field. After feeling wonky, not knowing how my insurance situation would turn out, I am confident that I am working with someone who is one of the best in his field and is certainly looking out for my best interests. Who could ask for more?

Jim Kreisman is a fountain of knowledge concerning homeowners insurance especially condos. He offered me so much information on insuring my future purchase. His free information and homeowner insurance tips is moving my Condo purchase process in the right direction. Thank you Jim .

I always tell people I don't like texting and emailing, but they endlessly text and email me anyway. Im a businessman, I like to talk on the phone to a person, do business, and get it done in 5 minutes. The people that answer the phone anywhere now days (and at other levels of companies) always want to just do the minimum possible, such as hand me off/transfer me to someone's else's voicemail, send a text or an email, then go back to surfing the web... they just want to text and email.
