I am so happy with Brent! I had AARP Hartford for home and auto at really high rates and I was so unhappy with their "customer service". I had 2 claims in 2021 and was told that I wouldn't be able to get any new overage until I was 5 years out from the claims. These were the only claims I have ever filed! I saw good reviews on Integra and Brent and I just took a chance and connected with Brent. He is so nice, yet still a true professional, and have saved me $1,000! I have complete confidence in him and have been spreading the word to my friends. Thank you, Brent!! read more

I have been a client of Integra for 15+ years. The level of customer service is second to none and that fact alone has kept me as a client. What's even better though, is the fact that Brad Stallings continues to source the highest level of coverage for the best pricing. I don't know how he does it, but he does! Finally, in a digital era where humans are regularly replaced by call centers and AI, I love having a concierge level of service from Brad and the team at Integra. Well done! read more

I have been a customer of Brent Bartz with Integra Insurance Group for several years. I've had the opportunity to use several agencies throughout several relocations around the country over the years. Brent and Integra have, by far, provided the best customer service and coverage consultations for homeowners, renters and auto policies of any agencies I've ever worked with. You owe it to yourself to let Brent see what they can do for you. read more

We have been with Integra for 4 years. The first few years they were very good. You would call and someone would answer the phone, and they were helpful. They recommended Safeco for our home insurance and the rates were competitive. Fast forward to last April when Safeco bumped our Home Insurance form $2400 to $6600. Becuase we pay through our escrow account, we weren't made aware of it until our annual escrow accounting was sent in January. I tried 10 times to get through to Integra. Left several messages. No one ever called back. I ended up cancelling Safeco and going with USAA. I would expect that the insurance broker would get notification when insurance prices TRIPLE and should have received a call. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not use this broker, or it can cost you money. I have been a customer for many years, and since Daniel moved out of the country his staff and business quality have completely gone down the drain. His staff have made several mistakes over the past few years. But this last mistake is completely unacceptable. I had to file a claim due to water damage at my property 2 years ago. Safeco decided that after all the years of being a customer they would drop me due to the claim. But the worse part is that Daniel or his staff failed to contact me. They are my insurance agent and they are suppose to be representing me. So now not only will I pay a way higher premium due to the claim history, but also a higher premium due to the lack of communication from my agent and the lapse period. If I would have known I would have cut the agent out and bought Geico online. His assistant Agent Nancy has contacted me in the past by email, but this time did not think it was important enough to get a hold of me. I'm so upset, frustrated and infuriated at this situation. read more

I want to thank Brent for his outstanding service in getting us the best rate possible on our autos and new home. For this new premium year, and with insurance rates continuing to go up, he searched a number of companies to get the best rate available and we thank him for keeping us informed regarding his search. And lasting, when we have had a couple minor fender benders in past years, the insurance companies he selected for us have always repaired the vehicles without any hassles at all which made the claim process stress free. Thank you, Brent and Integra! read more

They never answer the phone!!! Dropped my insurance due to a claim . ( isn't that what insurance is for?). Sent me an email in April telling me I had 90 days before it expired. I called and spoke with the person who apparently took over for the agent that I had for years Karrie she was awesome. this person told me they would contact me via email to let me know before anything happened with my insurance policy. I never got an email. I called and called and called like I said no one answers. It's seven days before my insurance expires and I finally get someone to say "oh the underwriters aren't gonna renew you" not an issue. I got new insurance !! It was so easy ! People actually did their job. Got my new insurance was done in minutes with great communication! Call good lucj getting an answer . read more

It was a pleasure working with her! She made the whole experience easy & quick!!! Greatly recommended! Thank you so much Nancy! read more

Kindness to the customer and not to hang up on them in the middle of conversation. Also would be nice if they would answer their phone and if not call back when leaving a message to return a call, and not a week to ten days later. We were customers for years and don't think we should have been treated this way. read more

Dan was amazing! I found this company by doing a random search in our area and the outstanding reviews are what made me call. I was not disappointed! I shopped around and was given four different quotes and no one came near Integra. So it was a really easy choice. Not to mention Dan seems like the type of guy you'd like to have over for dinner. So glad I looked into new coverage. Dan saved us over $1200/year. read more

They have handled my insurance needs since moving to AZ over a year ago. I've worked with Jovan whom has been helpful. We use them for our car insurance, which is unique to my husband's employment and our home insurance. I have a pet peeve though which is the ONLY reason why I'm rating them 4 out of 5. When calling the office, a recording picks up. You have to know your agents extension. If not, you have to go through a company directory. Etc. I think it's imperative that customer service starts with an actual person answering the phone when you call. read more

Agent Brent Bartz, at Integra Insurance Group, was about double the price for auto insurance, compared to a quote from a different agent with the exact same insurance company and coverage. That's not supposed to happen. I could understand if it was a different insurance company, but it was the exact same company and exact same coverage and time period. My annual home and auto policies were both up for renewal in a few day, so I told him I'd continue with the home policy, but won't renew my auto and will be switching that to a different company at the renewal date. Then a couple months later I got a bill from the old auto insurance company because Brent never made the changes we talked about. So now I'm being double billed, for duplicate and unnecessary insurance, which also by the way goes against Department of Insurance regulations. read more

I was reffered to Integra by a coworker and been really happy! We work with Brad. He has saved us a bunch of money and is great with returning calls. We have had a few billing issues, but he is quick to resolve them. Overall I am very happy. I feel like we got better coverage for a much better price. We use them for auto and renters insurance. We tried to get a quote for business insurance, but it was just too much of a headache. read more

Jovan was recommended to us and he really is a good representative of what you hope to find in an insurance agent. We requested quotes for auto with the possibility of bundling homeowners via email. He is quick, efficient and makes it very easy for you to be an informed consumer. I have not even spoken to him once. As requested, he has provided us with three choices, low, medium, and high so I feel like I wasn't being forced into one product. His professionalism is apparent through email transactions. The mortgage broker who handled our home purchase a few years back referred me to Brad at Integra, and I'm very happy they did. My home owner's policy has been on cruise control for three years and until a recent claim ultimately resulted in our provider dropping us, I didn't realize just how great it is to have the luxury of never having to deal with the insurance companies directly. Brad researched the claim issues, dealt with the insurance company for me, and ultimately found the same coverage with a different provider at a nearly identical price point. Gathering quotes, comparing coverage, making/disputing claims, contesting payout values, and switching providers are time consuming and monumentally frustrating tasks... none of which I have to worry about any longer thanks to Brad. Couldn't be happier with the service. read more

Brad Stallings and Heather Roush have been taking care of my family's, my extended family's and my clients' insurance needs for almost 10 years and my best advice is look no further. Without exception my clients choose Integra over the other agents as I encourage them to compare, this speaks volumes. I once had a colleague who dragged her feet on switching only to reprimand me when she finally got around to requesting an umbrella quote, for not forcing her to save $100s months earlier when I first referred her to Brad. These guys are fast and simply the BEST. read more
