Jake was amazing and saved us a lot of money on our auto and umbrella policies. He was professional, prompt and a pleasure to speak with. It is so nice to have an agent and not just a recording with prompts and long wait times. I am thrilled to have found him as our new agent. read more

I have purchased our auto and homeowners insurance through Jacob at Just Insurance Service since moving to Phoenix in 2002. He has always served me well. Periodically around renewal time I would check with him to make sure I was getting a competitive price. Sometimes he would suggest a better option or that I stay with what we had. That was until a couple of years ago when I found what I thought was a better deal online. He advised me that I was likely to see some sizable increases over time, and he was right. After seeing another increase in the next renewal I decided to check in with Jacob again before renewing. He was able to find a policy with better coverage for a significantly lower cost. That was in addition to pointing out some things that I wasn't aware of. So, my insurance advice is: Check with Just Insurance first! read more

Jacob and Danielle both assisted me with finding new auto insurance for my family. We added our 16 year old to our Liberty Mutual policy and it went up $500 a month. A MONTH! I looked on line for a company like Just Insurance that could look at different insurance options for me. I now pay less for my family of 4 than I did before adding my daughter. And I did basically nothing to assist other than providing a few details. I am blown away and highly recommend. read more

I always get quick responses from the company and haven't had any problems with coverage.

I have owned many cars and have worked with dozens of insurance agents over the years. In general I hate dealing with insurance, but a while ago I found Just Insurance Services through a friend. They have been my agency ever since! Just Insurance has made the complicated insurance process so easy for me. They work with pretty much all the carriers, and every year they shop for a better deal for all my cars and my house etc. And if I have questions I'm not stuck on an 800#! I love them and wholeheartedly recommend them all the time. I rarely leave reviews but couldn't help it after the speedy help today. You guys are awesome! read more

I have my personal autos and home with Jacob and his team. They are wonderful to deal with, fair and honest. Pricing is usually same or better then anywhere and I totally trust them to do the right thing. Sandi is great to work with and even handled a notary bond for me. I have referred both personal and business clients to them and have always heard positive feedback. read more

This is the worst service I have received. I called to request a quote and spoke to Danielle 2-3 weeks ago providing all the details over the phone that was needed. I spoke to Danielle who keeps telling me that 'we will have quote for you by EOD today'. To this date I still haven't heard back for my quote or estimate to allow me to make a decision on which insurance to get. I know I'm not choosing this company and dealing with them for sure. Worse Customer Service! Don't Recommend It. read more

Jacob at Just Insurance has done me wrong -- from their very beginning of my multi-policy account with him and the company, he had made numerous mistakes on paperwork, made every attempt to over-insure, and has been very difficult to contact when needing to make policy changes. I'd highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Don't waste your time or energy here. read more

We had a bad experience with USAA and went shopping for a different insurance carrier. It is time consuming, frustrating, and potentially daunting! Until we found Jacob! He did all the legwork for us and found the best insurance carrier for our needs. He saved us untold amounts of time and money! He made the transfer process go smoothly and seamlessly, and is a joy to work with! Most of all, we are confident that now we have the best insurance plan for us! Thank you! read more

I have been with Jacob and the crew over at Just Insurance Services for at least 10 years now. In the beginning, I was all about getting the best price for my auto and home insurance. Then about 7 years ago, my car broke down and had to go back to the dealer. The dealer gave me a loaner car. I took the loaner car home and when I got up the next morning, the loaner car had a cracked windshield. Like, a huge crack! No idea what happened. I didn't drive it anywhere else but home. I called the dealer and told them. They told me it was my problem and to get it fixed. I was freaking. I called Jacob just as a last ditch effort for his advice. He says "You are covered, we are setting you up with a repair service". I almost fell down. What? How? That's when I realized that through all those years, when I thought I just wanted cheap insurance, he made sure I got good insurance. Insurance that had me covered. Since then, I have called Jacob on weekends, holidays, and he just now emailed me my new insurance ID cards for my new SUV. It's 10:38pm. He is always connected to his business and his office has always been there for me. I may have started this venture with him because he had the best price, but I stay with him because he knows me and knows what coverage I need. You cant get that kind of service just anywhere. I have recommended him to others and I would do it again without hesitation. Thanks Jacob. You give me peace of mind. read more

If you are looking for an honest and straight forward insurance agent, then you found them. Jacob at Just Insurance is great. Answers all my questions before I ask them and helps keep my rates reasonable, which is not easy with houseful of teenage boys. Thank you Just Insurance! read more

Jacob could not be a more responsive, hard working agent. We had to wrestle a giant insurance carrier and the bungling of their not so well oiled machine. This was a policy we really liked, was written long ago, and a group discount had been advertised in a mailer. Any description I'd give here of what it took to get the discount would be beyond belief, but Jacob wrangled it all the way, It took him months and lots of work, and he even had lower cost options ready for us. But we liked the product a lot and he went to the mat for us. We have followed Jacob as clients before his now quite established, excellent business, Just Insurance. We are on him like velcro.
