Still no updated account and still no new insurance cards, but State Farm was quick to send me a new tracking device. Why where they able to process that so quick? So it's obvious that the VIN numbers were correct when the VIN # were interchanged because nothing flagged on service Arizona DMV. But when the VIN numbers were reinputted is when they made the error in one of my vehicles VIN number. So when Mark's office fixed the VIN numbers, somewhere along the line they goofed up on one of the VINs and that caused a lapse in my insurance, a suspension of my registration, and a $50 reinstatement fee. It was evident and admitted by one of the office employees that it was their office or the company's fault for the VIN number being incorrect, , aforementioned. I gave them the website that MVD said went into place at the first of 2025 this year, so they could update my start date, so the suspension could be added to about the fee. I was told they were refusing to fix this and stuck me with the reinstatement fee. I've been around and I know how corporations are and this shows the true colors of State Farm and not taking responsibility for their own error.

He will gladly…read moretake your money and sign you up, but if you have any problems, questions or concerns he refuses to respond or help you. Half the time it takes days for a response. Most brokers will pick up the phone and help. Kyle can barely get an email response out. We deleted a vehicle from our policy and added a new one and our auto policy doubled. We now pay more for 1 vehicle than we were paying for the 5 previous vehicles. His only response was "will you added a new van" I have asked repeatedly why added a van and removing a van doubles my policy price and all I get is the same response. I'm not adding a Rolls Royce. $900 a month for 5 vehicle before now $1904.83 monthly with the change. Help me make this make sense. NOPE he's no interested. Thanks for your business, but I got bigger fish to fry. Bad business. Just horrible.
