Now come on yall if a payment doesn't go thru we literally get a call within hours of the payment not going thru So they can't explain to us why they didn't call us for 3 months and tell us a payment didn't go thru! Lol What a joke and then when you want a explanation as to why no one called the answer is IDK But yet anytime there has ever been a issue with our loan they called us literally within the hour or couple hours but this 49 dollars sat there for almost 3 months and they decided to just take it from our account today along with the reg payment they took yesterday even after we was told over the weekend not to pay off our loan because the employees were confused as to why we even owed 49 dollars from 3 months ago we were told we would get a call or email to let us know why or what was happening and then today they just took the money and we had to call them and get this crazy story of us owing them 49 dollars for 3 months and no interest was charged lol ahhaha a company that lives off interest didn't charge us any interest Be careful and keep your receipts because apparently we didn't have the receipt and they had no recollection of the payment in there system either so keep any and all receipts!
