It's relieving to have a company so close to my work that is reliable and a trustworthy company! Izzy was super helpful and friendly too! My company will definitely be using this place for our future business!

Their driver tried to pull a hit-and-run and I had to get in front of their car to get them to stop risking getting ran over. When they did stop the driver wasnt the insured driver and they wanted me to lie to their insurance company. The girl then gave me her insurance information via text and I took pictures of both of our cars. I called this insurance company and they refused to take my claim because the girl's phone number was not the phone number they had on file. It was her dad who was the primary insurance holder. So even though I had their insurance information that THEY sent me my claim was declined because of a phone number loophole. How else did I get their information you scumbags? This place is a scam and 100% unethical and will do anything shady to protect their drivers. Geico got me my money back and took you guys to court after you tried to pull this shady move. The legal loopholes that you will take to protect a driver who tried to hit-and-run is ridiculous. Also whenever I called your staff they tried to make me feel stupid and brush me off. Again if that's how you treat people after you're insured drivers try to commit crimes that makes you unethical. If you are hit by one of their drivers you better hope they arent insured by Ayala. Call your insurance company right away to have them deal with this company.

Absolutely the worst insurance agency I have worked with in my 35 years in the real estate…read moredevelopment industry. Madison notified me, on the day my old policy expired, that she was unable to get new coverage, except from Capital Premium Funding, at four times the cost. I looked around and found coverage for the same as the previous policy. I tried to cancel the Capital Premium Funding policy but was informed there was a 25% cancellation fee. Absolute incompetence.

You can decide for yourself after reading my review. A couple years ago I was looking for a new Insurance Agent, it had to do with my son moving to another age bracket and my previous company's rule about how to manage that. At any rate I Was referred to this company and in particular Micah Brooks. Well everything went fine in the intake process, although it did stick out that he told me right then "I will never be contacting him for anything" claims went through another process and he was out of that..In the beginning it was a good deal, I saved some money and things were good. Last December however, my needs changed and I needed to change my coverage, for both me and my son, and rentals and dwellings. Guess what, Micah was not so eager to respond to e-mail...days would go by and nothing...I should have known then but, I had trusted him in the past and it appeared he did well by me. This time however when he finally got around to getting some answers, things were much more expensive he dragged his feet at every juncture. The day I needed to get my documents I had made an appointment, oops he forgot, had to go to another meeting which I suspected was an office lunch but I don't know. He mentioned that he would have everything waiting and ready all I would need to do is sign and pay. Guess what, nothing was ready, I sat in the office for well over an hour and 1/2 while the ONLY guy in the office answered telephones, greeted walk ins and tried to get me settled with my documents..Still I was thinking that happens. Then my mortgage company starts sending me notification of cancellation of insurance. Well, the change was in December, I notified them each time I received a notice January, February, March. Finally it was taken care of. Why am I writing this now? In mid April, i lost my debit card. For the last 2 months I have been doing a lot of traveling and work has been busy. On June 8th I got a notice an e-mail from Pricilla at 2 pm stating they had gotten a cancellation notice and please let them know if that was a mistake. I explained about the debit card. At 4:37pm i received another e-mail that they had cancelled and I needed to take care of it today. Well I saw the e-mail at 7:30. I sent 2 e-mails to the office that night to which neither has been responded to as of yet. So- back to my first question, does including the word professional in your name make it so? Well I have a new agent and guess what? They have e-sign, no need to go into the office and wait for hours...you know what else I am saving about 300 dollars a month so I guess I could thank them for not wanting my business, but I don't think anyone else needs to learn that the same way I did.
