Wes is an awesome, awesome Allstate agent. I have ZERO complaints about Wes and I was his client…read morefor nearly 20 years. I have made probably a couple claims since I'd been with him, and each claim was handled super well and very efficiently. Often I would lose my insurance card and whenever I called Wes or his office, everything was taken care of immediately. Whenever I called during normal business hours, I ALWAYS got someone - usually Nicole and she is great, too. I've had my home and multiple cars insured with Wes through the years. He is a top quality agent, cares about his clients and I've referred business over to him. The ONLY reason I switched from Allstate to State Farm was not because of the service, which I will pay more for better customer service was because my husband thought our insurance was too high and wanted me to check around, State Farm being one of them since I do a lot of work for State Farm already. State Farm gave me a quote about 40-45% less than what I was paying with even better coverage. I have seen the customer service my dad personally gets with State Farm through the past years, so I was sure I was going to get good service, too. I didn't want to switch at all, but my husband said it didn't make sense to waste money, which I had to waste money. For maybe 5-10%, we would have kept the Allstate policy, but 40-45% was too much for us and my husband insisted we move to State Farm. Before doing so, I called Wes to talk about it, to see how we could make this lower without worse coverage. He was able to drop it a little, but not enough. I told him how sorry I was and that I would have loved to stay with him, but the cost was an issue. I have greatly appreciate all that Wes has done for me, being a caring and ethical agent, meeting your customers needs as best you could, always with prompt, courteous service. Those are great qualities to have as an agent. I hope your business continues to flourish, Wes, beyond what you could ever hope for. And, hopefully one day, I can return back to you as my insurance agent. God bless you!

DISHONEST AND SHADY! My experience with the Wes Cain office…read morehas been very disappointing. I've been with this office for over 5 to 7 years, and when I decided to review my home and auto policies, it was a shock! I decided to review after a few concerns evolved with Heather, Nicole, and Wes regarding my auto insurance. Their deceit, and possible work arounds posed issues when attempting to obtain insurance from other insurance companies. The office representatives, Heather and Nicole are good about sticking up for each other, but not executing accurately. My biggest issue is that my home policy was written stating I had a 29 year old roof, but my home was built in 1999, so if anything would have happened to my home involving my roofing; I would have been in a very bad position. This is just the tip of how dishonest, and shady the Wes Cain office has been. I feel like contacting News 3 On Your Side to actually dig, and see how many others have manipulated policies. I have so much more to say about my experience, and concerns. When you expect that the business you choose will be on your side because of your loyalty; make sure they are TRULY on your side, know what they are doing, and act with INTEGRITY!!!!
