He has helped me to keep my insurance rates at a reasonably low rate even given my current unlucky situation. He provides very valuable and reliable information. I am a student and I have renters, life, auto, and car insurance with Rick, so as you can imagine there is a lot to learn and a lot of questions to be asked. He has been very good at getting back to me about any questions I've had along the way. Often, he proposes ideas to save me money and secure my future further (who doesn't want that!). If there is ever an issue, Rick is very quick to address it and solve it with me. He is very attentive and thorough which are very essential qualities I look for in an agent.

If you want just a slightly above average, average or below average auto insurance agent, Brian is not the agent for you because Brian is exceptionally amazing at everything I ask him to do for me. I have and will continue to recommend Brian to everyone I know. I truly believe if it was not for how honest, passionate and integrity driven Brian is I would not of switched to American Family. Here is an example of why I trust Brian: When I submitted a request for him to also cover our Business Liability insurance and I did not tell him how much we currently pay. Instead of trying to cut corner to just get me the cheapest policy which would not have the amount of coverage we currently have, he was completely honest and actually told me I would be better off staying with my current Business Insurance carrier. I normally would never say to trust anyone who sales insurance because the agent is normally only about making themselves money but Brian is someone you can trust to be honest and to provide all options even if it means he will not benefit. Thank you very much Brian for being a person of integrity. In today's world it is indeed a rare trait.

It's kind of how you wish all businesses operated. I left a message and Chris Fong got back to me within minutes. We setup a session and he walked me through the medical, dental and prescription choices. During our video session together (really, he did all the work), he got me signed up and all the financials taken care of. There were a few frustrating moments as dealing with insurance companies isn't fun. So while I was ready to smash my pc, Chris didn't. Very patient man.
