Sharon Layman , It…read moreseems this simple clerical fix has turned into an ordeal of he said/she said. I have never had a phone conversation with you personally on this vin situation, 10/23/24. I have had a conversation about putting all my insurance eggs in one basket. This clerical mistake is on your part or your interns involved should have been an easy fix. The second letter is a D, not a 0. The vin starting with a 1D will signify a Dodge Truck according to Tempe Dodge Parts. (Patrick) A 10 will not pull up a vehicle as per the vin. As per the $12.62 bill that you are forcing me to pay is not my mistake. Like I said a few emails back, I have a clipboard with over 8 papers x 2 of the truck in question including registration, smog, title and insurance I have been dealing with. Each time the vin is given, it is repeated. It is that important to me and always has been. Remember, I own over 10 cars and have 20/20 vision. I do remember talking to your phone 1st level intern about the zero needing to be a letter D, such a minor easy fix. (you have avoided me and this conversation) For this situation to come to you wanting to expire my policy that I paid in full for 6 months is extremely harsh when I don't even know what the $12,62 is for. The $75.00 per month was to cover my 2004 Ram !500, nothing else. I did not make this mistake, State Farm did when they populated the vin from the internet. The mistake was made by Safeco prior to State Farm. I came into your office and explained to your interns about this situation and they all agreed. I ask very nicely to fix the problem and you did nothing. Your interns commented that Nathon got in trouble from you due to his bad behavior against me. I am very disappointed with State Farm sending this fraudulent bill to me when all your interns agreed this was wrong of State Farm not to fix it. Now when I call, I am immediately hung up on and upon a call back it is never answered. Best to you,

I was with them for two years. They kept increasing my car insurance!…read morethen they doubled it. I proceeded to call progressive to get a far better premium and canceled State Farm! I called to told them I wanted a refund because i had just paid my premium. I was told I would get the refund in 2 weeks. I waited & waited! Nothing! called 5 times and they kept promising! Finally called them and they told me I'm not getting a refund! I do not recommend them! And when you call you wait a good 2 minutes, listening to their annoying message machine! They're very dishonest, and I do not recommend them at all!

It's kind of how you wish all businesses operated. I left a message and Chris Fong got back to me within minutes. We setup a session and he walked me through the medical, dental and prescription choices. He gave me options, some insights to the various insurance companies which helped me make the right decision for me. During our video session together (really, he did all the work), he got me signed up and all the financials taken care of. There were a few frustrating moments as dealing with insurance companies isn't fun. So while I was ready to smash my pc, Chris didn't. Very patient man. There was a follow-up item that I had to do a few weeks later and he took care of that too. The whole experience with Chris was incredible. I can't say enough about how professional and detailed he was. Thanks Chris!
