In 6 months, we have had 2 situations requiring an agent who is timely in his responses and will go above and beyond to make sure things get done right the first time. I was so impressed by his communication and willingness to be with us every step of the way that I had him take a look at Bodify's business insurance as well. He took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of each carrier. I certainly don't want to read through a long policy, but Michael did so without a thought and helped us uncover a few redundant items between our multiple carriers. I received a letter from this agency (Saybe Portillo), personally addressed to me with my name,…read moreaddress, my home information, date built, square footage, etc. The letter further broke down all of my coverages and knew it was time for renewal. The letter provided me my estimated annual premium of $878.20 I called Saybe Portillo to obtain this insurance. I got an answering machine and left a message. The next day I received a call from a different person (Maria) who told me that it was just an estimate and she would get me the exact amount. She came back on the line, provided me some slightly modified coverages ( no major differences, except one with about a third less coverage) then told me my premium would be over $2800! I had received this offer ($878.20) two days prior. She could not explain how it could be over three times that amount now......bait and switch! Very disappointed!
