Based on my personal experience, working with Synergy Payment Solutions caused serious financial…read moreand security concerns for my small business. I was contacted and pressured into a meeting, during which I believe my personal and business information was used without my clear and informed consent. I was subsequently enrolled in services that I did not knowingly agree to or fully authorize. As a result of what occurred, I felt it was necessary to freeze my bank account, take steps to protect my identity, and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to formally document my experience. Communication afterward was confusing and inconsistent. When I attempted to get clear answers or resolve the situation, I was passed between representatives and third-party companies without accountability or resolution. In my opinion, the conduct I experienced was deceptive and placed small business owners at significant risk. This situation was stressful, costly, and completely avoidable with honest and transparent business practices. I strongly encourage other small business owners to carefully review every document, ask detailed questions, and proceed with extreme caution before engaging with this company.

I am on lap 75 around our old Sun. Like my Granddad's 1952 Mercury, things are fragile, breaking down, not working like they once did. I cannot see, I cannot consume volumes of information as I used to. My late sister-in-law was a Honeywell electronics assembler for 19 years. The most regular hours pay she made was $13 per hour. About year 3 in her employment, an Edward Jones Advisor showed up in the lunchroom, talking about investing. She said Yes, added small monthly amounts to very conservative investments and was comfortable with her returns. As I diminished, I saw how she did under Edward Jones trusteeship. I moved my IRA/Roth/401k t9 Jones. In a week, a sister, brother and niece are visiting Edwsrd Jones with decent amounts of inherited investments. Entering the Edward Jones system, one follows an "investment risk" questionnaire. If you choose to play, an Advisor plugs you into the Jones System in your risk category bucket. And away you go. I watched my sister's investments 16 years. Jones has a set of standard funds. different risk and returns. You ride along, the funds do investing and rebalancing in the background.
