However we recently purchased a new vehicle and they gave us a 30 day window for our interest rate on the loan while we worked with the dealership to finalize. Despite remaining within the 30 day window, when we called back to inquire about financing with them, they told us they closed our file but acknowledged we were still a couple of days within their timeframe. Because they would need to run our credit again, we are going with someone else. I'm unsure which location Mike McGuire works out of, but he was particularly helpful and courteous, despite Desert Financial dropping the ball.

This location and Chase in general is a mixed bag whether good service is provided. You are always greeted with a hello when you walk in promptly which is a nice touch of customer service. I was also given a bottle of water another nice touch unexpectedly as we are experiencing a lot of heat in the valley. I came to notorize a document and waited longer than I should have to accomplish such a simple task but "Alex Guzman" needs a shout out as he was tremendous when he did greet me with a smile and an extremely helpful attitude. Next I wanted to wire some money and he was very knowledgeable to discuss the pros and cons of such a transaction. Alex next provided some options about other accounts but was never pushy or salesy that can be annoying. Alex's job title is "Relationship Banker" and he understands the customer relationship better than most. By the time we were finished it was past closing time which I had not realized and he didn't rush me out the door either. Card attached is for Alex- this employee who was on the younger side has a bright future because he understands the Lifetime Value of a Customer and the relationship. On another note (not relevant to Chase but a bit funny), a snobby customer from Scottsdale driving a very expensive car who forgot his phone on one of the chairs which I turned into Chase, couldn't even be bothered to thank me- other than to tell me he had two phones- although I must confess Chase did a good job getting his identity if the phone belonged to him & he called Siri to identify it. 5 Star taken down to 4 Star due to prior handlings but Alex is what customer service should be about.
