The automated system is atrocious and extremely intentionally difficult to reach a live representative. Once on hold it routinely takes 30 minutes to get pucked up. Their verification process is absolutely outrageous. The last 2 times I called last week, days apart , two different women were unable to help me because they could not verify me. They asked me questions they didn't have the answers to so I couldn't possibly be successful. I was told they could arrange a video call back. Both times I requested a supervisor or manager and was denied. "Maybe one can call you back in 24 to 48 hours", I was told. They both acted like they were doing me a favor and talked to me like a child rather than a 61 year old veteran. My 2 military daughters in their 20's, both new members of Navy Federal CU, are treated like solid gold. My wife works for USAA and I've been a member for 20 plus years and am treat fantastically. I will be paying off or moving my CC debt from CUW ASAP and sadly leaving this now horrible institution. My dad and granddaddy signed me up out at Luke AFB when I turned 16 to buy my 1st car. It's been a great relationship for many decades. But the current management has completely lost site of those they serve and customer service in general.
