There isn't any funds in my account so I was told it will go to the collections! So I give this two big thumbs down for not willing to work with me as I am trying to make it work. Major disappointment! Don't use them for a loan. They expect one lump sum to pay off. If you're making payments, it's fee only payments that will NOT decrease the loan amount. Sucks isn't it?
