Im a businessman, I like to talk on the phone to a person, do business, and get it done in 5 minutes. The people that answer the phone anywhere now days (and at other levels of companies) always want to just do the minimum possible, such as hand me off/transfer me to someone's else's voicemail, send a text or an email, then go back to surfing the web... they just want to text and email. Not Samantha and Joel. Samantha stayed with me on the phone, Friday at 4:30 pm no less, contacted my past agent directly, and took my credit card on the spot for $11k+ of new policies.. I needed to get the ball rolling yesterday, so I get my required C.O.I. docs ASAP. These are all that are keeping me from possibly landing a huge contract.
