This shady and unethical insurance company denied my claim when I was rear-ended by one of their…read moreinsured drivers. Their driver tried to pull a hit-and-run and I had to get in front of their car to get them to stop risking getting ran over. When they did stop the driver wasnt the insured driver and they wanted me to lie to their insurance company. The girl then gave me her insurance information via text and I took pictures of both of our cars. I called this insurance company and they refused to take my claim because the girl's phone number was not the phone number they had on file. It was her dad who was the primary insurance holder. So even though I had their insurance information that THEY sent me my claim was declined because of a phone number loophole. How else did I get their information you scumbags? This place is a scam and 100% unethical and will do anything shady to protect their drivers. Geico got me my money back and took you guys to court after you tried to pull this shady move. The legal loopholes that you will take to protect a driver who tried to hit-and-run is ridiculous. Also whenever I called your staff they tried to make me feel stupid and brush me off. Again if that's how you treat people after you're insured drivers try to commit crimes that makes you unethical. If you are hit by one of their drivers you better hope they arent insured by Ayala. Call your insurance company right away to have them deal with this company.

They offered us a nice steak dinner in sedona. A long drive, but it would be nice to have a steak dinner in Sedona and see the sites . When we got there this slack jaw overweight horizontal stripe t-shirt stepson told us they were full . I told him we have a reservation . He literally just stared at me . Not a word . I said we drove all the way to Northern Arizona for this , and we have reservations . This guy must have practiced this dumb look, cuz he did it again . I said what are you going to do about this. He said well, I can put you over in a chair in that corner and your wife over there in a chair and you can watch the presentation . I told him we drove all the way up to Northern Arizona for this , once again this master of conversation just stared at me . That's when we walked away . I have made many Investments over the years, I make pretty good money with them . I wanted to hear what these people had to say , I'm almost glad they were as inept as I think they are . I don't want people touching my money who can't even organize a simple dinner presentation. We were pissed off to say the least . Not a thank you for coming. Not a sorry you wasted your time and gas money . Just empty stairs . I'm going to post this review everywhere I possibly can, for as long as I can , until I get tired. Our previous advisor had lost us a lot of money not doing their job which left us in a precarious position. Mitch was selected after we met with several of the other advisors mentioned above. It was, for us, a very easy decision. First, Mitch is extremely personable and interested in nothing other than making 100% certain your financial investment not only is the right one that fits your long term needs, but also does not lose you money while at the same time gaining a good return! You cannot ask for more. Secondly, Mitch always follows up and keeps in contact with you regularly to make sure all is going smoothly. Indeed, for us, within a short time frame we more than recouped what we had lost, in very stable funds which will never run out on us (funds for life), and will never lose what we have gained over time. We can now sleep well at night knowing our financial goals are stable, now that we are retired. Mitch's family and employees are second to none and so very friendly and supportive. Several times early on we had to call to ask questions and/or help. Never did they say they were too busy or could not return our calls very timely. Another reason that we love working with them. Our humble opinion is you cannot go wrong and it is worth your time to talk to Mitch.
