Eventually she told us her prices weren't competitive and we should look elsewhere for cheaper insurance, which is really admirable. She said she hoped she'd earn back our business later. We left some life insurance policies with her because we appreciated her honesty. Then, out of the blue, I started receiving collections notices for an insurance policy. Not sure what happened that something wasn't paid (it happens), but not once did we hear from Jenna that we had a balance. So now I have a collections notice on my credit because her communication continues to be less consistent. All of this for a $50 payment. When my wife reached out to her about it, she casually said it was a balance from our auto account. She never let us know this was a balance (no phone call, no bill). The first we heard was a collections notice. No ill will. But I will probably not go back for more insurance products from her in the future.

We were loyal…read morecustomers for several years, and throughout those years, we gave John and his office repeated attempts to correct the many errors that constantly plagued us. Incorrect address for at least three years, they could NEVER get our billing information correctly situated (meaning, every month we'd get a phone call regarding payment because they can't do their jobs properly), nobody is ever available to speak too at the office, they do not abide by their posted office hours (I called over sixteen times from 9am-10:30am with no answer. I even left a stern voicemail and STILL have not received a return phone call), my name has been incorrectly spelled on all of our documents since we first became policy holders (we all know how forgiving law enforcement is right...?!? ~sarcasm), and to top it all off - State Farm now sublets their 24/7 claims department to a third party vendor. If you've ever dealt with a third party vendor, you would understand that they are worthless. They have nothing to lose and nothing to gain, and they are not held accountable for ANYTHING. Now tell me, does this sound like something you would want to rely on when chaos is or has been knocking at your door?!? I think not... We all rely on our insurance company and agent to be there for us when the SHTF, yet at no time have we felt confident in John or his office/company to take care of us when bad things happen. Insurance is supposed to be a safety net, yet ours was full of gaping holes. Please show me on printed State Farm documents about that policy, I'm sure the Department of Insurance would like to see that along with my complaint. Odds are Judd; you can't provide that fictional policy. Are you so hard up on obtaining new business that you have to resort to lying and manipulation?
