Highly recommend you trust your life and valuables with another company and agent. We were loyal…read morecustomers for several years, and throughout those years, we gave John and his office repeated attempts to correct the many errors that constantly plagued us. Incorrect address for at least three years, they could NEVER get our billing information correctly situated (meaning, every month we'd get a phone call regarding payment because they can't do their jobs properly), nobody is ever available to speak too at the office, they do not abide by their posted office hours (I called over sixteen times from 9am-10:30am with no answer. I even left a stern voicemail and STILL have not received a return phone call), my name has been incorrectly spelled on all of our documents since we first became policy holders (we all know how forgiving law enforcement is right...?!? ~sarcasm), and to top it all off - State Farm now sublets their 24/7 claims department to a third party vendor. If you've ever dealt with a third party vendor, you would understand that they are worthless. They have nothing to lose and nothing to gain, and they are not held accountable for ANYTHING. Now tell me, does this sound like something you would want to rely on when chaos is or has been knocking at your door?!? I think not... We all rely on our insurance company and agent to be there for us when the SHTF, yet at no time have we felt confident in John or his office/company to take care of us when bad things happen. Insurance is supposed to be a safety net, yet ours was full of gaping holes. So I ask you this with the greatest respect: Stop, take a moment and ask yourself; is this the person/company I want to depend on when my family and property have been subjected to the chaos of the world... Would you feel comfortable knowing that this person and his insurance agency that he represents, will take care of you and your families needs when this uncertainty arises? Please choose wisely and do your research. Thank you for your time and patience. ~American Patriot

If you have male teens you'll find this is an expensive addition but the rates were the best with American Family. She was a life saver! Great service!

When we initially signed up for insurance with Jenna, she was prompt, helpful, and friendly. When…read morewe purchased an additional car for our teenage daughter, it started to take longer to hear back from her. When we traded that car in for another vehicle, it took even longer. Eventually she told us her prices weren't competitive and we should look elsewhere for cheaper insurance, which is really admirable. She said she hoped she'd earn back our business later. We left some life insurance policies with her because we appreciated her honesty. Then, out of the blue, I started receiving collections notices for an insurance policy. Not sure what happened that something wasn't paid (it happens), but not once did we hear from Jenna that we had a balance. So now I have a collections notice on my credit because her communication continues to be less consistent. All of this for a $50 payment. When my wife reached out to her about it, she casually said it was a balance from our auto account. She never let us know this was a balance (no phone call, no bill). The first we heard was a collections notice. No ill will. But I will probably not go back for more insurance products from her in the future.

We have now been clients for just over a year and have already seen significant growth on our investments. In a nutshell, Tim (and Meghan!) are are dependable, trustworthy, and skilled custodians of our investments and we are happy we found Sonoran Wealth Systems. Highly recommend.
