Madison notified me, on the day my old policy expired, that she was unable to get new coverage, except from Capital Premium Funding, at four times the cost. I looked around and found coverage for the same as the previous policy. I tried to cancel the Capital Premium Funding policy but was informed there was a 25% cancellation fee. Absolute incompetence.

A couple years ago I was looking for a new Insurance Agent, it had to do with my son moving to another age bracket and my previous company's rule about how to manage that. At any rate I Was referred to this company and in particular Micah Brooks. Well everything went fine in the intake process, although it did stick out that he told me right then "I will never be contacting him for anything" claims went through another process and he was out of that..In the beginning it was a good deal, I saved some money and things were good. Last December however, my needs changed and I needed to change my coverage, for both me and my son, and rentals and dwellings. Guess what, Micah was not so eager to respond to e-mail...days would go by and nothing...I should have known then but, I had trusted him in the past and it appeared he did well by me. This time however when he finally got around to getting some answers, things were much more expensive he dragged his feet at every juncture. The day I needed to get my documents I had made an appointment, oops he forgot, had to go to another meeting which I suspected was an office lunch but I don't know. He mentioned that he would have everything waiting and ready all I would need to do is sign and pay. Guess what, nothing was ready, I sat in the office for well over an hour and 1/2 while the ONLY guy in the office answered telephones, greeted walk ins and tried to get me settled with my documents..Still I was thinking that happens. Then my mortgage company starts sending me notification of cancellation of insurance. Well, the change was in December, I notified them each time I received a notice January, February, March. Finally it was taken care of. Why am I writing this now? In mid April, i lost my debit card. For the last 2 months I have been doing a lot of traveling and work has been busy. On June 8th I got a notice an e-mail from Pricilla at 2 pm stating they had gotten a cancellation notice and please let them know if that was a mistake. I explained about the debit card. At 4:37pm i received another e-mail that they had cancelled and I needed to take care of it today. Well I saw the e-mail at 7:30. I sent 2 e-mails to the office that night to which neither has been responded to as of yet. So- back to my first question, does including the word professional in your name make it so? Well I have a new agent and guess what? They have e-sign, no need to go into the office and wait for hours...you know what else I am saving about 300 dollars a month so I guess I could thank them for not wanting my business, but I don't think anyone else needs to learn that the same way I did.

So it's obvious that the VIN numbers were correct when the VIN # were interchanged because nothing flagged on service Arizona DMV. But when the VIN numbers were reinputted is when they made the error in one of my vehicles VIN number. So when Mark's office fixed the VIN numbers, somewhere along the line they goofed up on one of the VINs and that caused a lapse in my insurance, a suspension of my registration, and a $50 reinstatement fee. It was evident and admitted by one of the office employees that it was their office or the company's fault for the VIN number being incorrect, , aforementioned. I gave them the website that MVD said went into place at the first of 2025 this year, so they could update my start date, so the suspension could be added to about the fee. I was told they were refusing to fix this and stuck me with the reinstatement fee. I've been around and I know how corporations are and this shows the true colors of State Farm and not taking responsibility for their own error.

No accidents no speeding tickets no nothing just went up $30 then $100 with no explanation he's just blaming farmers insurance as a whole. Not just do better but you want to make sure I was protected with the right amount of coverage. It turned out my coverage was minimal.Never was he pushy or came off like a sales man. Nick was truly looking out for my own good..After staying very persistent with me, Nick showed me how he can provide better coverage and save me money. It was a no-brainer. Very disappointed with how our relationship with Brain ended. Contracted him for our family's house…read morefor 25+ years and the last 15 have been a real challenge with him as an insurance provider. In those 25+ years we had one major claim (hail on roofing) and he was not helpful, our premium increased for filing a claim. Our premium went up consistently every year. Brain was never helpful over the phone when we tried to set up new accounts. In my 20+ years of having direct contact with him I do not recall one pleasant costumer experience. Our last call with him was to express our intention to not renew services with him and he was very condescending towards myself and my family. He made it clear that we would not find a better price for our services and that our coverage was not offered by anyone anymore. I informed him that we indeed found the same coverage for literally half the price, he said "you don't know what you're talking about." I don't wish his services on anyone, any personal that works as a services provider in any field should never speak like that to some one. We paid about $30,000 worth of premiums through those 25+ years to only have Brian be rude and not helpful. Please explore other options before reaching out to Brian.
