He loves dogs like I do so we got along great. After comparing my old insurance policy from American Family to his suggested policy, he showed me how poorly my old agent had me protected. If you want great personal service and have an agent right down the road that will personally come to your house or place of business to take care of matters, Sherri is that agent. Not only did Sherri take the time to make sure she was able to save me the most money and get me the best possible deal but she is the only agent I have ever heard of to continue to keep track of you're account so if better offers arise you are notified. I have been with her now A little over a year for my house, motorcycle, two cars and boat policies all bundled together and she actually contacted me earlier this month to let me know I was able to qualify for better rates. That extra mile she went really made me realize that I am not just a number to her but am real person that she wants to take care of. With that being said I truly think I found the best insurance agent out there. I literally would not change to another company if they lowered my rate by half simply because of the way Sherri has treated me over this year. I highly recommend Her and farmers insurance to anyone looking to not only save a couple dollars but have the best experience possible. I am a believer that it's the little things that make all the difference in the world and quite frankly knowing that Sherri has quite a few clients and she still took the time to make sure that I had the best offer possible after-the-fact has earned her client for life. I am having both my father,( brother and sister in- law) change to farmers with Sherri as their agent this week. I give her 10 out of five stars all day. Lastly I also want to mention that I have never had such a hassle free experience dealing with anything home, car or really anything related with necessities for life in general. I only wish that she also could handle health insurance. -Todd E. ( customer for life)

1 Star -- Do Not Give This Firm Access to Your Business or Bank Accounts…read more Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend avoiding BASC Expertise. This firm is overpriced, constantly nickel-and-diming for basic requests, and extremely difficult to work with. Simple asks routinely come with surprise charges -- asking for a small favor can easily turn into an unexpected $1,000+ bill. Over the course of our relationship, our taxes were messed up multiple times, which created unnecessary stress and cleanup work. Despite paying them thousands of dollars, accountability was never taken. Instead of addressing client concerns, anyone who raises issues is labeled a "disgruntled client" or accused of lying rather than the firm taking ownership of its mistakes. A major red flag: they do not allow clients access to their own QuickBooks, while simultaneously requiring full access to your bank accounts. Even worse, Deirdre inserts herself onto business paperwork, making it intentionally difficult to leave once you realize the relationship isn't working. The most alarming issue: during a legitimate contract dispute, they attempted to withdraw $36,000 from our bank account without permission or prior resolution. This was not authorized, was not agreed to, and happened while the matter was actively being disputed. That alone should make any business owner think twice before trusting this firm with their finances. Communication is another constant issue. Deirdre is frequently out of office or on vacation and often unavailable when you actually need support. Yet the firm has no problem charging premium rates regardless of service quality or responsiveness. Despite presenting themselves as a full accounting firm, there is no licensed CPA on staff. They will still try to operate as if they are indispensable to your business and push arrangements that feel unethical and heavily one-sided. There are far better, more transparent, and more affordable accounting services available that actually employ CPAs and don't lock clients into questionable agreements. Bottom line: If you value control over your own books, ethical billing, clear communication, and not having someone dip into your bank account during a dispute -- go anywhere else. Do not give this firm access to your finances.
