Professional, competent, attention to client needs, beyond the norm! Edward assisted me when I locked my keys in my vehicle and was unable to reach my assigned agent. He provided the information necessary to enable me to call a locksmith, submitted the invoice for reimbursement of the locksmith cost, AND took the time to look over my policy. He found I was eligible for more coverage, accident forgiveness - the increase to my premium was only $5 a month. I was not satisfied with my local Allstate agency; never spoke with a person/voicemail only, calls were not returned, I had better assistance thru 800 number. The day of the lock out Allstate 800 numbers were experiencing technical issues; calls were not going through. In desperation I called the first local agent internet search showed. Edward Vasquez ANSWERED the phone. He was understanding and pleasant to deal with even though I was not a client of his agency. This care prompted me to ask if he could be my agent.
